NLU Delhi Eligibility Criteria

BA LLB (Hons)

Class 12th pass candidate with at least 50 percent marks. 

Foreign candidates should have completed their (10+2) degree or other equivalent degree with a minimum of 65% marks

LLM 

Candidates should have passed a three-year LLB or a five-years LLB degree from any recognised law school in India with at least 55% marks (50% marks if belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories). 

Those appearing in the final year examination of their bachelor degree are also eligible to apply. But, they should submit the proof at the time of final admission.

SC/ST and Person with Disability (PwD) category candidates need equal to or more than 45% marks to apply.

Q:   Is AILET cutoff for all categories the same?
A: 

No, AILET Entrance Exam cutoff is released separately for the various categories. For instance, the cut-off is available for categories like Open, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PH categories. Note that open category candidates will not be considered for admission under reserved category seats. However, candidates belonging to reserved category will be considered for admission under both open and the reserved category they belong to. To be considered for admission under reserved category, the candidate must furnish the required category certificates. However, any candidate who is found using counterfeit documents can be disqualified at any stage of the admission process.

Q:   Is AILET exam conducted only for admission to NLU Delhi?
