TS LAWCET Section-wise Weightage
TS LAWCET section wise weightage tells candidates where the marks come from. The test is a computer-based exam. It has 120 multiple-choice questions. The total marks are 120. The time limit is 90 minutes. The TS LAWCET exam pattern has three parts. Part A is General Knowledge and Mental Ability. Part B is Current Affairs. Part C is Aptitude for the Study of Law. Each question carries one mark. There is no negative marking.
Part A carries 30 questions. These questions are worth 30 marks. This part makes up 25 percent of the paper. It covers general knowledge and mental ability. TS LAWCET Preparation Plan for Last 30 Days
The last month of TS LAWCET Preparation requires the candidates to focus on revision. This is important because without the revision of syllabus, the aspirant will not feel confident to appear for exam. Therefore, candidates are advised to practice for exam in this manner:
- Appear for 3-4 Mock tests this month. It will act as an exam-day mock drill
- Practice from the TS LAWCET previous year papers
- Pick books that have the TS LAWCET sample papers.
- Time your study schedule; dedicate 2 hours daily for exam revision
- For the GK section, read last 1 year's preparation books, especially the legal GK for the TS LAWCET exam
- Focus on static GK also, as in other law entrance exams, this part was asked this year.
- When appearing for mock test, do not waste more than 1 minute on one question.
The qualifying marks are also important. General and OBC candidates need 35% marks. This means 42 out of 120. SC and ST candidates have no minimum qualifying marks. Candidates should solve previous year papers and mock tests regularly. They should give the most practice time to Part C.
