CMAT 2019 is a pan-India common aptitude test for admission to MBA/PGDM courses in over a 1000 management institutes. CMAT is conducted in January every year in online mode. In 2019, CMAT is scheduled to be held on January 27 and the CMAT 2019 result will be declared in the first week of February 2019.
Soon after the declaration of CMAT 2019 results, the participating institutes will release their respective selection process and minimum cut off marks for shortlisting students.
There is no common admission process for CMAT hence the testing agency does not release minimum cut off marks for admissions.

CMAT cut offs are arrived at keeping various factors in mind, like the difficulty level of the question paper of that particular year, average pass percentage of students, etc. Each participating institute will fix the minimum cut off marks for admission (2019-2021) taking into consideration the below factors:
- Total Number of candidates appearing in CMAT 2019
- Total number of seats available in the institute
- Total pass percentage of candidates in CMAT 2019
- Difficulty level of CMAT 2019 question paper
- Overall merit of the CMAT 2019 qualifying candidate

CMAT 2019 is set to be held on January 28, 2019. Application process of CMAT 2019 is scheduled from October 22, 2018 to December 15, 2019.

To get a seat in the FLAME University of the MBA/PGDM course, you have to appear for any one of the accepted exams, like CAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. After clearing the exam, you have to get shortlisted for further admission round, which involves PI or GD.

Three months may not be enough for CMAT preparation, if you're doing it from scratch. However, if you are preparing for CAT, XAT, NMAT, you can prepare for CMAT in 3 months as you have clear understanding of the syllabus already and you will need exam specific practice only.
