CMAT 2019 is scheduled to be held on the last Sunday of January 2019. The application process for the national level management entrance exam will begin from October 22, 2018.
Candidates who wish to pursue MBA/PGDM must appear in CMAT 2019 as the exam scores are acceptable by about 1500 management colleges including –
Any person who has completed graduation in 10+2+3 mode of education or equivalent from a recognized university can apply for CMAT 2019. Final year graduation students are also eligible to apply. Last date to submit CMAT 2019 application form is December 15, 2018. CMAT 2019 admit cards will be issued in the first week of January, 2019 and the CMAT 2019 exam will be held on January 27, 2019. CMAT 2019 results are expected in the first week of February, 2019.

CMAT is an aptitude test, which analyses the candidate’s mathematical, analytical, logical and language skills along with general knowledge. The CMAT 2019 exam pattern will be similar to other top MBA entrance exams. The CMAT 2018 question paper consists of 100 MCQs; 25 each from Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.
Total marks of the exam is 400 with each right answer carrying 4 marks. For each wrong answer, 1 mark shall be deducted. Total duration of the exam in 3 hours.
To perform well in CMAT 2019, the test-takers must ensure they have prepared all the exam topics to the best of their abilities and have practiced enough number of mock tests.

Yes, it is important to practice sectional mock tests as the exam has no time limit for each section, unlike CAT. Sectional mocks will help you in have a practice of solving each section in a time bound manner.

In the last week of CMAT 2027 you should practice only one mock test, that too to stay in the online test mode. You must not attempt multiple tests and rather spend time on revision.
