CMAT Registration for 2019 exam began on November 1, 2018. Last date to register and apply online for CMAT 2019 is November 30. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which is conducting the CMAT exam this year, has scheduled it for January 28, 2019. The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is conducted for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes offered by over 1000 management institutes in India.
Aspirants planning to appear in the CMAT 2019 exam, must apply for it between November 1 and November 30, 2018. The CMAT 2019 application forms are available on the official website of NTA, to be filled in online only. There is no provision of sale or acceptance of CMAT 2019 application form offline.

Any aspirant who wishes to appear in the CMAT 2019 exam must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
CMAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria
- The CMAT 2019 aspirant must have completed Graduation in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university
- There’s no age limit for CMAT
- There is no minimum cut off marks for CMAT
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- Final year Graduation students (10+2+3) are also eligible to apply for CMAT, provided their results are declared before commencement of admission for 2019

CMAT 2019 Registration/ Application Process
CMAT 2019 application process includes three steps – online registration, payment of fees and filling up of application form. Let’s look at all these three steps one by one.
Step 1- How to register for CMAT 2019
To register for CMAT 2019, each aspirant will have to first of all, log on to the official website of NTA. Once you have the official NTA website opened on screen, follow the below mentioned instruction
- Click to CMAT 2019 section of the NTA website
- Click on ‘fill application form’
- When you click on ‘fill application form’, you will be taken to the registration page where you will be required to enter basic personal information like, name, date of birth, email ID, phone number, etc.
- Make sure you enter correct email ID and mobile number as your login ID for CMAT 2019 will be created basis that
- Check the information before hitting the submit/save button
- Once the information is saved, a unique password will be generated and shared with the candidate through SMS and email
- Now, click on login and enter your email ID and password to access the CMAT 2019 application form
Step 2- How to pay CMAT 2019 application fees
After CMAT 2019 registrations, the candidate will be required to pay the application fee. The CMAT 2019 application fee can be paid online through debit/credit card or net banking. The application fee for General candidates is Rs 1400 (plus bank charges). For SC/ST/other reserved category candidates, Women and Transgender candidates, the CMAT 2019 application fee is Rs 700 (plus bank charges).
The CMAT 2019 application fee can also be paid in cash through e-challan. In case of fee payment by cash, the candidate will require three print outs if the bank challan. Once you select this option during registration, you will see a CHALLAN on your screen with your details already filled in it. Take 3 print outs of the Challan, fill in the details wherever required in all the copies, and visit your nearest SBI bank branch with test fee in cash on the next day of generation of Challan. Cash Deposit will be accepted only from the next day of your Challan generation and till the last date of CMAT 2019 application form submission.
Step 3- How to fill the CMAT 2019 application form
- Login with your email ID and password
- Fill all the fields of the CMAT 2019 application form with correct information
- Do not leave any field marked as mandatory, empty
- Select your option for CMAT 2019 test cities carefully
- Upload a recent passport sized photo of self and a copy of scanned signature
- Check all the information entered before submitting. Once submitted the form cannot be edited
Instructions regarding scanned photo and signature
- The photo must be against white background and not more than 140x160 in dimension and must be less than 60 kb in JPG format
- The signature must be against white background and not more than 60x90 in dimension and must be less than 30 kb in JPEG/JPG format
What after CMAT 2019 registration?
To prepare for the exam, take a look at CMAT 2019 exam pattern and CMAT 2019 exam syllabus. After the CMAT 2019 registration process is over, admit cards for the exam will be issued. The aspirants can expect issue of CMAT 2019 admit card from January 7, 2019 onwards and the CMAT 2019 result is likely to be declared on February 8, 2019.
