After the OJEE result declaration, top colleges which accept the OJEE scores start the shortlisting process. The OJEE scores are accepted in over 40 B-schools in the state of Odisha. After the results, the OJEE Cell releases OJEE merit list. OJEE participating institutes then release OJEE cutoffs category-wise and invite applicants to appear for the OJEE counselling process which includes Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds for admissions. The OJEE admission process after the result declaration includes:
- Applications to be sent out to the institutes where you want to take admission.
- Participating in the counselling process which includes Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
- Submitting the required documents to the institutes where you have been shortlisted and part admission fee.
- Paying the complete course fee and getting an admission confirmation.

OJEE 2026 Counselling Eligibility Criteria
Candidates have to meet the following criteria:
- Candidate should have qualified OJEE exam
- Candidate must be at least 17 years old
- Candidates participatting BAMS/BHMS counselling must have qualified in NEET(UG) with a valid rank
- Candidates' parents should be a native of Odisha state. Candidates have to present the Resident/Nativity certificate during document verification
- For BTech candidates, they should have a 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class 12 for General category candidates. The minimum aggregate for SC/ST is 40%. Also, the candidates must have passed English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
OJEE MBA Counselling Registration Process 2026
Check the OJEE MBA counselling registration process 2026 in detail below:
- Go to OJEE website
- Fill details such as OJEE application number, gender, date of birth, course, rank, marks, etc.
- Select entrance test taken
- Pay INR 450 as the counselling fee
Now candidates have to fill their choices and lock options.
- Fill in choices for selected courses and specialisation from the list
- Lock choices by freezing and waiting for seat allotment list. Candidates must note that once the choices have been locked, they cannot be changed.
- Counselling cell releases a seat allotment list for colleges available based on choice filled by candidates and a merit list/rank list
- Students can save their seat allotment and visit the counselling centre
Then comes the final stage of OJEE counselling, i.e. to confirm their seat at the allotted colleges, students should provide documents of eligibility required for the course
- They have to upload verified documents
- Also, make part admission fee payment which is INR 10,000 for General category and INR 5,000 for SC/ST/PC categories
- After this, candidates are issued a final seat allotment letter with college name, course and other relevant information
Once the documents are verified, and admission fee has been received, candidates will get a confirmation and they have to report to the allotted college and submit documents and remaining fee. Candidates have the option to withdraw after allotment, but if they do so, they will not be eligible for further rounds.

OJEE scorecard only mentions the overall scores obtained by the candidates in the OJEE exam. However, those candidates who wish to know their sectional scores in the exam can follow the steps mentioned below:
Write an application to request OJEE Cell for sending your subject-wise marks in OJEE (paper-specific)
Along with the request application, candidates need to enclose a demand draft of any nationalised bank at Bhubaneswar for INR 400 drawn in favour of “OJEE-2023”
The application should reach OJEE Cell within ten days of the OJEE result announcement
The OJEE result will be declared online after the exam is conducted. The OJEE result cum scorecard is an important document for the OJEE counselling and admission process. The following details are mentioned on every candidate's OJEE scorecard:
- Name of the candidate
- Candidate's roll number
- Candidate's applicarion number
- OJEE exam date
