Odisha JEE result 2026 was announced on June 08, 2026. Candidates who match the cutoff have to take part in counselling process to be eligible to secure a seat in top MBA colleges in Odisha. OJEE 2026 Counselling Eligibility Criteria
Candidates have to meet the following criteria:
- Candidate should have qualified OJEE exam
- Candidate must be at least 17 years old
- Candidates participatting BAMS/BHMS counselling must have qualified in NEET(UG) with a valid rank
- Candidates' parents should be a native of Odisha state. Candidates have to present the Resident/Nativity certificate during document verification
- For BTech candidates, they should have a 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class 12 for General category candidates. The minimum aggregate for SC/ST is 40%. Also, the candidates must have passed English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
OJEE MBA Counselling Registration Process 2026
Check the OJEE MBA counselling registration process 2026 in detail below:
- Go to OJEE website
- Fill details such as OJEE application number, gender, date of birth, course, rank, marks, etc.
- Select entrance test taken
- Pay INR 450 as the counselling fee
Now candidates have to fill their choices and lock options.
- Fill in choices for selected courses and specialisation from the list
- Lock choices by freezing and waiting for seat allotment list. Candidates must note that once the choices have been locked, they cannot be changed.
- Counselling cell releases a seat allotment list for colleges available based on choice filled by candidates and a merit list/rank list
- Students can save their seat allotment and visit the counselling centre
Then comes the final stage of OJEE counselling, i.e. to confirm their seat at the allotted colleges, students should provide documents of eligibility required for the course
- They have to upload verified documents
- Also, make part admission fee payment which is INR 10,000 for General category and INR 5,000 for SC/ST/PC categories
- After this, candidates are issued a final seat allotment letter with college name, course and other relevant information
Once the documents are verified, and admission fee has been received, candidates will get a confirmation and they have to report to the allotted college and submit documents and remaining fee. Candidates have the option to withdraw after allotment, but if they do so, they will not be eligible for further rounds.
OJEE Web Counselling 2026 Documents Required
Candidates should have following certificates:
- OJEE 2026, JEE Main 2026, or NEET 2026 rank card or scorecard
- Class 10 board certificate and mark sheet
- Class 12 passing certificate and mark sheet
- Residence certificate of Odisha from Revenue Officer not below rank of Tahsildar.
- Category certificate by birth issued by Government of Odisha
- Income certificate for TFW candidates for the financial year 2022-2026
- Candidates under the EWS category have to produce an EWS certificate from Tahsildar/ Additional Tahsildar
- Full-time work experience certificate of a minimum of two years in a registered firm in the relevant field in which admission is sought for admission to MTech (Part-Time) courses. The candidate has to submit a No Objection Certificate from the present employer for admission to the course at the time of document verification.

Candidates will know their allotted OJEE exam centre only from OJEE admit card. There is no way to know the test centre before the release of the OJEE admit card.

- Students who hold a graduation degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for OJEE.

OJEE registration fee is not refundable. Once OJEE application fee is paid, the amount will not be returned even if students does not take the exam.

No, OJEE application form is available in online mode only which can be filled on website of OJEE or Odisha JEE. No offline provision is available.

OJEE and JEE syllabus is somewhat same and different in some places. The OJEE syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is different from JEE. In JEE, the physics syllabus includes topics such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, etc. These topics require knowledge of physics topics.
