No. As per time bound section limit, candidates will have to answer questions or exhausts time of previous section before proceeding for next section in NEET PG exam. Each section has particualar allotted time, i.e 42 minute in NEET PG exam. For an example, supppose a candidate wants to answer questions of B section, he/she can do only when he exahusts allotted 42 minute of section A.

Candidates can't mark more than one answer as NEET PG is computer-based exam. Moreover, in the official information brochure, there is no mention of whether candidate will be deducted marks or not for marking two options. NEET PG 2026 exam pattern will be released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam is conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates are provided total 3.5 hours to answer the question paper.
No. Usullay NBE doesn't release the official question paper for NEET PG exam but for 2025-26 session, it released question ID and answer key. Candidates can download question Id, answer key and response sheet after login to the application page. NBE also released NEET PG 2025 scorecards on August 29, 2025. NEET PG 2025 result was announced on August 19, 2025.
4. Better prepared for the exam day
Another advantage of solving NEET PG previous papers is that candidates become habitual of solving questions and exam paper doesn’t come as a surprise to them. These NEET PG question and mock test papers are designed like a replica of the actual test papers with the same number of questions and time. Candidates are advised to solve these papers in the same manner like they will be appearing in the actual exam. They should appear for these test papers in a single sitting and try to solve the paper in 3.5 hours. This practice gives a major boost to their confidence level before the D-day.
