Earlier AIIMS released INI CET 2025 result online. The result PDF comprising qualified candidates was uploaded online. It must be noted only those who score the minimum cut off as per their category are declared qualified for INI CET 2025 exam. Qualified candidates will be able to download INI CET 2025 scorecards from the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in with login details. INI CET 2025 exam was conducted on May 17, 2025 in computer-based mode.
Candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for INI CET exam. The qualifying INI CET cut off percentile for the general category is 50%. Candidates who belong to SC/ST/OBC category have to score minimum qualifying cut off, 45. Candidates who qualify the exam with the minimum cut off percentile are eligible for the counselling process. Based on INI CET cut off a merit list will be released. The merit list comprises name of eligible candidates for the different counselling rounds. AIIMS conducted INI CET 2025 July session on May 17, 2025.
There is a possibility. The cut off is inversely proportional to the difficulty level of the question paper. If the question paper will be easy, then the cut off will go up and likewise. It must be noted that candidates have to score the minimum cut off percentile to qualify for the exam.

INI CET 2025 Result: What Next?
Right after INI CET 2025, candidates will be able to download scorecards from the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in. They will have to enter application ID, EUC, and password to download scorecards comprising important details such as All India Rank, total percentile, category and category wise rank etc. Based on INI CET 2025 score and rank, a merit list will be released. The merit list will include eligible candidates for counselling.

INI CET 2025 Counselling
Candidates who will qualify INI CET 2025, scoring the minimum cut off can participate in INI CET 2025 counselling. The qualifying cut off is 50 percentile for general category and 45th percentile for reserved category. It must be noted the counselling will be held online and candidates do have to register and declare choice of college and course to participate in INI CET 2025 seat allotment process. A total of 4 rounds of counselling will be held including mock round. AIIMS will announce a separate result PDF for each round of counselling.
INI CET cut off is released along with the counselling result. Round-1 and round-2 cutoff for admission have been released for INI CET 2025 November exam. The cut off is the last rank of allotted candidate in that particular category and course. It must be noted candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. The cut off differs for different category. INI CET qualifying cut off percentile for general category is 50 while the cut off for SC/ST category is 45th.
INI CET cutoff is the last rank and corresponding percentile at which candidate is called for counselling rounds. Candidates do have to score the minimum cut off to qualify the exam. The cut off differs for different categories such as general, and SC/ST/OBC. Based on the cut off a merit list is released. INI CET merit list includes candidates who are eligible for the counselling rounds. The merit list PDF comprises details such as roll number of candidate, category, institutional preference, overall rank, and percentile.
Candidates have to score the minimum marks to qualify for the AIIMS INI CET exam. The minimum marks vary for each category of students in the exam. While the General category candidates have to score minimum 50 percentile to qualify for the exam, those who belong to reserved category need to score 45 percentile marks. Anybody who score less than the minimum cut off will not be able to qualify for the exam. Only candidates who will qualify INI CET 2024 exam with minimum cut off can participate in the counselling for seat allotment.

Reporting deadline for round-2 INI CET 2025 Nov counselling was January 15, 2026. Reporting process began on January 10, 2026. Students will have to report with original documents during reporting. They also need to report with offer letter and a set of self attested certificates during reporting.
