INI CET 2025 Question Paper Analysis
As per the students, INI CET 2025 July session exam was moderate. Overall difficulty label was moderate to hard. Mostly questions were clinical based. A good number of questions were asked from Biochemistry, Surgury, Microbiology etc. Around 60-70 percent questions were easy attempt. A few questions were direct repeat from previous year question paper.
INI CET 2025 Question Paper Pattern
INI CET 2025 July session was held in computer-based mode in English language only. A total of 200 multiple choice questions were there in the exam and candidates were provided 3 hours to answer them. Whole question paper was divided into 4 parts with 50 questions each. Candidates were given 45 minutes to solve each part. One must note candidates had to exhaust the allotted time of 45 minutes before moving to next part. Once moved to next part, candidates couldn’t attempt questions in previous part. Total marks in the exam was 800. There was a provision of negative marking in the exam.
INI CET 2025 Marking Scheme
As per the marking scheme, 4 marks will be awarded for every right response while -1 mark will be provided for wrong response. Check the marking scheme in the table given below:

As per the schedule, AIIMS was released INI CET 2025 result on May 24, 2025. The result was uploaded online in PDF format, comprising details of qualified candidates. It must be noted candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. Qualifying cut off for general category is 50 while for SC/St, it is 45th. Qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in INI CET 2025 counselling. A total of 4 rounds of counselling will be held including mock round for INI CET 2025 seat allocation.
