For postgraduate courses (MSc in Dietetics & Nutrition), a relevant bachelor's degree in nutrition, food science, or allied health sciences is required. Admission may be merit-based or through entrance exams like NEET PG or university-specific tests.

Q. Is there an entrance exam required for Dietician Admission 2025?

A. Dietician admission 2025 in India can be merit-based or entrance-based, depending on the university. For BSc Nutrition & Dietetics, some institutions accept CUET or ICAR AIEEA, while others admit students based on 12th-grade marks.

For MSc Nutrition & Dietetics, entrance exams like NEET PG or university-specific tests may be required. Diploma courses usually do not have entrance exams and offer direct admission based on merit.

Q. What are the selection criteria for Dietician Admission 2025 (merit-based or entrance-based)?

A. The Dietician admission 2025 depends on the institution. Government colleges generally follow an entrance-based selection process, while private colleges may offer both merit-based and entrance-based admissions.

For UG courses, selection can be based on 12th-grade scores, CUET, or ICAR AIEEA. For PG courses, exams like NEET PG or university-level entrance tests may be required. Diploma courses primarily follow a merit-based selection process.

Q. How can I apply for Dietician Admission 2025 (online or offline)?

A. Most universities offer online applications through their official websites. Candidates must register, fill out the application form, upload documents, and pay the fee. Some institutions conduct entrance exams, while others consider 12th-grade scores for UG admissions.

Q. What is the duration of the Dietician course?

A. The duration of Dietician courses depends on the level of study. Undergraduate programs (BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics) typically last 3 to 4 years, while postgraduate degrees (MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics) take 2 years.
