NIT Calicut Admission Process and Important Dates 2026

National Institute of Technology Calicut admission is conducted via online mode. Admission to all the courses is based on the scores obtained by the candidates in various national-level entrance exams. Candidates willing to get admission to various NIT Kerala courses can apply through multiple counselling bodies. For its flagship BTech course, NIT Calicut admits students with a valid JEE Main score. Candidates are allotted seats through JoSAA Counselling. Admission to MTech is through GATE, followed by CCMT Counselling. Similarly for MSc admission, IIT JAM and CCMN Counselling are required. However, PhD admission requires you to appear in the Institution entrance exam and PI.
