What is NIMCET?
NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) is a national-level entrance exam for admission to Master of Computer Applications (MCA) courses across participating National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and selected IIITs. The exam is conducted annually by one of the participating NITs on a rotational basis, with NIT Tiruchirappalli being the organising institute for 2027.

The NIMCET 2027 application form will be released online. Eligibile candidates will be able to apply online till the last. No other mode of application was accepted. While filling out the NIMCET application form, they must provide their personal, academic, and contact details. Candidates must also upload their scanned documents and pay the NIMCET 2027 application fee online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. Only the registered candidates will be eligible for the examination and admission process. The NIMCET 2027 application form correction facility will open by the exam body. Through the facility, candidates will be able to edit/correct their previously submitted details. However, not all details were open for corrections.
