The Bar Council of India has published the AIBE 22 Exam Date 2026. The schedule was released in the official notification along with the AIBE 21 Result 2026. Candidates must note that the AIBE Result Re-checking window will be opened shortly. All those aspirants who are not happy with their result can apply for rechecking until the window is open. Candidates must note that they can download their scorecards by logging into the All India Bar Examination Website with their roll number and date of birth.

The All India Bar Examination is a certification exam conducted twice a year by the Bar Council of India for law graduates seeking to start their practice as lawyers. How to check AIBE XXI (21) results 2026

  1. Go to the AIBE portal
  2. Click on the result tab
  3. A login window will open 
  4. Enter your roll number and date of birth as registered for AIBE 2026
  5. On successful login, the result will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Download and take a printout of the result.

The BCI released the eligibility criteria for AIBE Exam. Candidates could check the AIBE 21 Eligibility Criteria below

AIBE XXI (21) Eligibility Criteria

Qualifying exam

Candidates who have passed or are in final year of a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree are eligible to appear for the AIBE exam. Therefore, the academic qualifying exam for AIBE candidates is 

  1. 3-year LLB degree, OR
  2. 5-year integrated LLB degree

Minimum marks in qualifying exam

The BCI states that no minimum marks are required to appear in the AIBE exam. However, a candidate must secure a minimum percentage or grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education. 

Age limit for AIBE exam

There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination. 

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment 

A candidate who has not registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate can apply. As State Bar Council enrollment is no more mandatory for AIBE eligibility.

  • Enter all the required details such as enrollment state, enrollment number, name, mobile number, etc.
  • Enter your personal details
  • Submit the application form
  • You will receive the registration ID & password on your email id and phone number
  • Relogin and submit the AIBE 21 application fee

Some of the tips and tricks advised to keep in mind during AIBE Preparation 2026 are

  • You should learn to manage your time. Give more time to higher weightage subjects.
  • Be regular in your studies. Do not take it lightly.

The All India Bar Council will release the AIBE 21 Certificate of Practice only to the eligible candidates. Candidates must note that the CoP is must to practice in court. Following things must be kept in mind on the AIBE exam day-
