According to the TIFR GS 2025 Exam takers, the difficulty level of the exam was moderate and those who prepared well are hopeful to clear the exam. The TIFR GS Paper was more based on conceptual, and theory-based, also, the 5-mark questions were tough. The exam pattern of this year TIFR GS Exam 2025 was similar to the previous year. Also, there were more questions related to the thermodynamics topic. According to exam takers, there were 30 to 40 per cent of topics that were covered from the previous year's question papers.

The TIFR GS 2025 result includes the names of the selected candidates. Also, the selected candidates are informed via their email ID. All the selected candidates need to appear for the next round of TIFR GS 2025 admissions and interviews. The selected students need to appear for interviews which will be scheduled to be held in the months of March to May 2025, tentatively.

The TIFR GS Merit list is prepared on the following basis. 

• The total number of students who appeared for the exam (course-wise)
• Average marks secured by the exam takers.
• Total number of seats offered.

If in case, two candidates secure the same marks and rank then the elder student will be called as cited in the prospectus. Note: The official website states, “Results of the TIFR Entrance Test for Biology (JGEEBILS) will be shared by all participating institutions.”

Candidates need to report all the colleges in which they want to study their preferred course after the release of the TIFR GS Result. The criteria for shortlisting candidates is different for each centre that offers a particular programme for a subject for the admission process.
