MH BSc Nursing CET Counselling 2025: Seat Allotment Result, Dates, Merit List

MH Nursing CET counselling is conducted by Stat CET Cell Maharashtra to offer admission to the nursing colleges in Maharashtra. Admission is based on the MH Nursing CET rank. Students need to register online to participate in the counselling process. Admission will be strictly through MH Nursing CET counselling. The authority will prepare the selection list based on candidates rank in MH Nursing CET. Students having their name in the MH Nursing CET selection list will be offered admission.

The authority will soon commence the MH BSc Nursing CET counselling registration online. Those who have passed MH BSc Nursing entrance test can appear for the counselling process. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria and instruction carefully before applying online. The process to register for MH BSc Nursing CET counselling 2026 is mentioned below.

1. Visit cetcell.mahacet.org
2. Click on the “New Registration”
3. Enter the CET registration number and date of birth
4. Create a password and PIN
5. Now, using the registration number and password to log in, fill in details such as: Personal details, Domicile information, Educational qualifications, and Category/reservation details

This fee is non-refundable and mandatory to participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). 

The authority will commence the MH Nursing CET choice-filling process after the completion of the registration process. Registered candidates will have to fill the choice of course and college and lock them before the last date. MH Nursing CET choice-filling process is mentioned below.

1. Log in to the Official Portal at cetcell.mahacet.org
2. Provide your registration number, password, and document verification PIN
3. Click on the Preference Form tab
4. A list of colleges and courses will be displayed
5. Fill up to 300 preferences for colleges and courses
6. Arrange them in order of preference as per your preferences
7. Save the Preferences
8. Review the list thoroughly before proceeding.
9. Then click on “Lock the Preferences”
10. Download and print the preference form for future reference.

No further changes are allowed once the choices are locked. Therefore, it is important to preview them before locking. 

After each round of counselling, the counselling conducting body releases a merit list. Candidates whose names are included in the merit list are eligible for the seat allotment. Therefore, it is important to check the MH CET Nursing 2026 merit list for those candidates who registered to participate in the counselling.

Students who are allotted seats need to report to the institute along with required documents. They must carry original and a photocopy of the documents. Below is the list of required documents for MH Nursing CET 2026.

1. MH BSc Nursing CET Admit Card
2. MH BSc Nursing CET Result scorecard
3. Counselling application form
4. Photo ID (Aadhar/PAN/Passport/Driving License)
5. Nationality certificate or school leaving certificate
6. SSC & HSC mark sheets and passing certificates
7. Medical fitness certificate (mandatory)
8. Caste certificate (if applicable)
9. PwD certificate (if applicable)
10. Defence/minority category documents (if applicable)

The authority will release the MH Nursing CET seat allotment list online. The allotment list will comprise the name of candidates and the college allotted to them. Students who are allotted seats have to report to the allotted institute. The seat allotment is based on candidates rank, category, preference, and availability of seats.
