SSC CHSL Important Topics: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is conducting the SSC CHSL Exam 2022-23 from March 9, 2023 and will continue till March 21, 2023. The SSC CHSL exam is conducted once a year, where candidates prepare the syllabus all year round for all subjects and practice via sample papers, previous year's papers, and mock tests. However, if candidates want to revise some important topics or chapters of the syllabus or want to know some important topics that will help in the preparation for the SSC CHSL exam, they can scroll down. SSC CHSL Exam 2023: Revised Exam Pattern
As per the revised exam pattern, there will be two different phases or tiers in the SSC CHSL Exam. Candidates have to clear all the phases in order to get selected for several posts in government offices.
As per the SSC CHSL exam pattern, the SSC CHSL selection process consists of the following stages: Tier I: Objective-type computer-based examination (CBE), Tier II: Objective-type computer-based examination and skill test. Candidates need to clear all the stages of the SSC CHSL exam to get shortlsited for recruitment in government offices. The final allocation of candidates to the designated departments or posts is made by the indenting recruiting bodies.
The exact SSC CHSL 2025 dates will be announced soon. The Commission has announced to conduct the SSC CHSL exam 2025 Tier 1 from the 4th week of October 2025. Candidates need to download the admit card to know the allotted exam date and time for the SSC CHSL exam.

SSC CHSL Tier 2 will be conducted in two sessions namely Session I and Session II on the same day. Session I will include three sections that is Section I, Section II and Module I of Section III. Session II will include Module II of Session III. It will be mandatory for the candidates to qualify all the sections of Tier 2.
Yes, the SSC CHSL 2024 exam will be conducted. The SSC CHSL 2024 Tier 1 exam will be held from July 1 to 12, 2024. The exact SSC CHSL exam date 2024 will be intimated to candidates through their respective admit cards. The Commission conducts the SSC CHSL exam every year. The SSC conducts the CHSL Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams to recruit candidates for various posts such as LDC, JSA, PA, SA, and DEO in different ministries/departments/offices of the Government of India.
Yes, the SSC CHSL exam calendar 2025 has been released by the Commission. The SSC CHSL 2025 schedule has been announced in the official notification. The SSC CHSL notification was released on June 23, 2025. The CHSL form was available from June 23 to July 18, 2025. The Combined Higher Secondary (10 2) Level Examination 2025 Tier 1 exam will be held soon.
The SSC CHSL city intimation slip 2025 will be released as the exam status or application status. The SSC CHSL exam status 2025 will be released on the regional websites of the Commission including- SSC KKR, NR, ER, SR, CR, NER, NWR and MPR. Candidates must carefully fill out the application form for the SSC CHSL exam city. The commission does not provide an exam centre correction facility after the conclusion of the application form. Candidates will be able to check the details about the exam city on the SSC CHSL 2025 admit card. The list of SSC CHSL exam cities is mentioned in the official notification. The examination centre will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tier 2 will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions, except for Module-II of Section-III. The questions will be set in English and Hindi except for Module-II (i.e. English Language and Comprehension module) in Section II. There will be negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Section-I, Section-II and Module-I of Section-III.
Module-I of Section-III is Computer Knowledge Test which is mandatory but qualifying in nature.
Module-II of Section-III i.e. Skill Test/ Typing Test:
Module-II of Section-III will include conducting of Skill Test/ Typing Test in Session-II on the same day. Skill Test/ Typing Test will be of qualifying nature. Errors in the Skill Test will be calculated up to 2 decimal places.
