The Staff Selection Commission is expected to conduct the SSC MTS Havaldar 2025 exam from September 20 to October 24, 2025. The Commission will release the SSC MTS 2025 admit card on its official website - ssc.gov.in. The Commission will mention the exam centre, shift timing and personal details in the admit card. 

The Commission will not release the SSC MTS admit card 2025 on the regional websites. The SSC MTS admit card will be released four days before the exam date of the candidate. To check the exam date, the candidates are suggested to check their SSC MTS application status.

The regional websites will release the SSC MTS 2024 admit cards for the candidates approximately four days before the exam date. No, the Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC MTS admit card 2025 on September 16, 2025. The Commission will conduct the SSC MTS 2025 exam from September 20 to October 24. The Commission releases the SSC MTS hall ticket four days before the exam date of the candidate.

The Commission will release the SSC MTS 2025 admit card on its official website - ssc.gov.in. The candidates will be required to download their admit card after logging into the official website - ssc.gov.in.

Document Required with SSC NER admit card

The SSC NER admit card is the essential document required to appear in the exam. However, the candidates are required to carry photo identity proofs with the admit card to establish their identity. The notification mentions the list of identity cards that the candidate should carry to the examination centre.

  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Voter’s ID Card
  • Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar
  • Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by the Ministry of Defence,
  • ID Card issued by University/ College/ School
  • Employer ID Card (Govt./ PSU)
  • Any other photo-bearing ID Card

Documents Required for Date of Birth

SSC exams require the candidates to carry one proof of their date of birth. The candidates need to carry additional documents in case their date of birth is not mentioned in the photo identity proofs as mentioned above. The document accepted at the examination centre to support the date of birth is given below:

  • Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet issued only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards
  • Birth Certificate
  • Category Certificate

Note: The candidates should note that in case of a mismatch in the date of birth mentioned in the Admission Certificate and photo ID/ Certificate brought in support of the date of birth, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

The candidates should note that the ration card and affidavit are not acceptable at the examination centre.

SSC NER Exam Day Instructions

The candidates need to follow the instructions released by the Staff Selection for the exam day. The candidates can see below the instructions for the exam day:

  • The candidates are advised to bring two passport-size photographs to the exam centre
  • Two hard copies of the SSC NER admit card will be required at the exam centre
  • The Commission has released a list of acceptable photo identity cards and the candidates are required to bring any of them in original (as given above).
  • The candidates need to carry
    • Transparent water bottle.
    • Hand sanitiser (Small bottle).
    • Face mask
    • Printout of COVID-19 Self Declaration Form provided with the Admission Certificate.
  • The candidate can appear only at the exam centres mentioned on their admit card
  • Candidates are advised to visit the exam venue at least one day in advance so that they can reach the examination venue on the date of exam in time
  • The candidates are advised not to carry any electronic gadgets to the exam centre. It will not be allowed inside the examination centre
  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination lab before the completion of the examination time for any reason without permission from the exam Functionaries.
