NSUT Admission Through CUET PG 2026: Courses, Seat Matrix, Reservation, Application Fee, Dates

The Common University Entrance Test (Post Graduate) result 2026 was announced on April 24 on the official website of NTA. The participating universities will now start their admission process. The Netaji Subas University of Technology is one of the best state universities offering admission to the MSc and MA courses through CUET PG 2026. NSUT Admission Through CUET PG 2026

The National Testing Agency released the CUET PG 2026 result on April 24 on its official website- exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg. The NTA also released the CUET PG 2026  Scorecard 2026 with the results to notify the status of the candidate. The NTA conducted the CUET PG 2026 online as a Computer-Based Test(CBT) from March 6 to 27. The candidates who appeared in a specific paper will now be required to apply for the Counselling process in the participating institutions. 

There are 198 participating institutions in the CUET PG 2026 exam. As per the data shared by the National Testing Agency, the break-up of the universities/institutions are as follows:

• Central Universities- 45
• State Government Universities - 40
• Government Institutions - 24
• Other(Private and Deemed Universities) - 89

After the declaration of results, the National Testing Agency will inform the concerned university of the candidates' names, application numbers, application details, marks, category, and course preferences. After getting this information about the qualified candidates, the participating university will start the Counselling process. Let us see the admission process of NSUT through the CUET PG exam.

Netaji Subas University of Technology

The Netaji Subhas University of Technology is a state university. It was established in 2018 through an Act passed by the Government of NCT, Delhi. It is one of the most sought-after engineering state universities in North India. It ranked 70th in the NIRF ranking 2025.

NSUT offers admission to only five courses through the CUET PG 2026 exam. The University also notify the eligibility criteria for the candidates. The Course-wise eligibility criteria is given below:

Seat Offered by NSUT in CUET PG 2026

The NSUT is a state government-run university located in New Delhi. But since the number of courses is few, the number of seats is also very limited. The candidates can see below the number of seats offered under each course by NSUT.

The candidates who appeared in the above Test Papers/Subject exams, only they will be eligible to apply for admissions to these courses in NSUT.

Category-Wise Seats NSUT Seats in CUET PG 2026

The University releases its information brochure for admissions in the above-mentioned courses. In addition to the seat, the university also provide the category-wise reservation of seats in each course. Let us see the category-wise numbers of the CUET PG seats.

NSUT Admission Through CUET PG 2026

The Nataji Subas University of Technology releases the information brochure separately for the M.Sc and M.A. courses. The candidates should note that the NSUT 2026 applications will start tentatively in the last week of May 2026. The University mention the admission procedure in its information brochure in the following way.

• Before applying to the University, the candidates must read and understand all the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
• All interested candidates must fill the NSUT Application form on its official website -nsut.ac.in.
• The candidates should fill one application for one course. There is no common application facility for all courses.
• The candidates are advised to keep the PDF files of all their documents ready before they start the online application or they can saved it in the system for uploading purposes.
• Email will be the only way of communication, so the candidates are advised to use an active email account and keep space in it so that the University communication shall not bounce.
• The candidates appearing in their final year or any candidates waiting to clear their back paper (of any year) of the degree course can also apply. Such candidates will be required to submit a certificate as per the proforma in Annexure III along with the application form at the time of admission.
• At the time of admission, the candidate will be required to submit two passport-size photographs, a copy of the NSUT application form, the CUET PG admit card and scorecard, and attested copies of their certificates.
• Once a candidate is offered a seat in any round, he or she will be required to pay the admission fee immediately. In the absence of the fee, his or her candidature will not b considered and the next candidates in merit will be offered the seat.

NSUT 2026 Admissions Dates

The candidates should note that the NSUT will tentatively release the application form in May.

NSUT Online Application Fee

The candidates will be required to pay the application fee for each application. The NSUT application fee is INR 1500 (as per the previous information brochure). At the time of Counselling, the candidates will be required to carry a demand draft of INR 5000 for the admission fee(previous year). The University will mention the Demand Draft details in the Counselling letter.
