Cost-effective Law College.

Placements: There was no placement cell (at least for Calcutta University Department of Law). There was a common placement cell by the University, but it was not that useful when it came to specific legal placements. We students tried to create a placement committee, perhaps it was still active, but it was only student-run. For internships, students had to fend for themselves. Again, there was no support from the college. If there was any requirement from the organizations providing internship to a student ...

Great college ambience, solid faculty, the worst part is getting placements here.

Placements: Students are barely placed from this college. We might get internship certificates and results, but placements are hard to get. Packages, if somehow mentioned, are around 3–3.5 LPA. Kotak, Bajaj, etc., are recruiters. The placement percentage is around 7–8 percent or less. The course is the best thing to choose. Currently pursuing this course in this college can help you go through with better reputation and skills.

If you are from Bengal medium, then you can take this course. Otherwise, skip this college.

Placements: At Sir Gurudas Mahavidyalaya, B.Com (Hons) placements are modest. About 25% of students got placed directly. The average package is around 2.5 LPA, with local firms being the top recruiters. Most students focus on professional courses like CA, CMA, or CS. Internships are mostly self-sourced in local accounting firms.

Feels budget friendly, well-reputed, campus and crowd are quite good.

Placements: The number of students recruited every year varies and is significantly on the lower side. There is no scope for campus placements, as the university and college do not commence them. Students mainly make connections by joining multiple internships or through second (or more) generation lawyer friends by contacting their relatives.

Great value for money, very safe for women. Infrastructure is also great.

Placements: Various companies send their HR or people from their company to our college for placements and recruitment. They give a training session where if students attend at least 75 to 80 percent of the training sessions, it is easier for them to get internships in these companies, and if they do well, they even get a letter of recommendation and get placed for a job in these companies.

College is good, but this college is regular and they don't give study leave for CA and CS exam.

Placements: This is a government college, so placement is very low. There are no high chances of not providing placement. Accounting management under CA and banking employees are roles offered. An internship is not given, some teachers come to college for an internship. In the internship, we were paid about Rs. 2000.
