Really good infrastructure, good teachers, and top placements at Chandigarh University.
Placements: Students get placed through CU. The highest package is around 1.5 crore, which is offered through an off-campus placement. Many companies visit the college for recruitment. The average package is around 6–7 LPA. According to the state standards, the college's overall placement record is very good.
Infrastructure: Hostels at CU are top-notch. They provide both AC and non-AC rooms. Water and electricity are available 24/7 without any disturbance. The mess food is also very good. Meals are served according to the timetable, and the food tastes good as well.
Faculty: Teachers at Chandigarh University are highly educated and teach very well. Students can interact freely with faculty. Teachers are always willing to help. The best thing is that they give equal importance to every student.
Other: I chose this course because I find that this university offers some of the best placement opportunities. My course is also one of the best courses offered by the university. The strong placement record is the main reason I chose this university.

Good university with a nice campus and learning opportunities.
Placements: Placements are decent. Many companies visit the campus, but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance. The university also provides training support. The university also provides additional support for placement via training programmes like winning camps and domain camps, where the core focus is on technical skills and personality development.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the best parts. The campus is clean, modern, and has well-equipped labs, libraries, and hostels, which make student life comfortable. The university also provides additional support for sports and has a separate sports complex for it. The university is very clean, and the atmosphere is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and supportive. The curriculum is updated and focuses on both theory and practical knowledge. Exams are manageable if you study regularly, the exam and curriculum are good and add value, all is good, and if a student fails, the reappear fee is also not high.

I had a wonderful experience at university.
Placements: Top companies like Microsoft, Google, and Infosys visit the campus for placements. The average package offered for the CSE students is 9 LPA, and the highest package offered is 54 LPA inside India, and outside India, it is 1.7 crores per year. 85-90 percent of students get placements in this university. In this university, we have to maintain a CGPA of above 7.5 to get a good placement. To attend an interview at a good company, we must also have a CGPA of above 7.5.
Infrastructure: Our college has world-class infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available on campus and in the hostel rooms. There are natural surroundings and hostels. We get high-quality hostel rooms. Classrooms are air-conditioned in the university. The food in the hostel mess is average in my opinion. There are private canteens in the college premises, so students can eat on their own. The environment is full of positivity and enthusiasm. The university also helps students who are interested in games, like cricket, football, and indoor games like carrom, chess, and table tennis. Labs are equipped with high-quality PCs.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive of all students. The course curriculum is so nice. There are 2 mid-semester exams and a final end-semester exam. To keep in touch with studies, there are 3 practical assessments. Courses are quite practical and industry-related.
Other: The university organises many fests for students to remove the burden from students, and it welcomes big Bollywood actors and actresses for the enjoyment of students. The crowd is large, and we know that there are many students from different states who are connected through a university. The course is so good, so no improvement is required, but one improvement can be on the hostel side, as the food must be improved. A variety of food should be given to students.

I think only a few students get an internship because they lack skills, But it is pretty clear that this college offers abundant opportunities.

I just want to say that it is the best college you can all come to for good placement.
Placements: 90 percent of students are placed in my course. 1.2 crore per annum is the highest package and 4.5 LPA is the lowest package. Many of my seniors get good placements in good companies. The roles offered are for software developers. Almost 90 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The faculty and infrastructure are quite good. The quality of the hostel is also good in CU. The labs are best. Wi-Fi also has high-speed and the computers are also good. The best thing about CU is that it has a very good sports infrastructure and many CU players are also in the Olympics.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. The curriculum is relevant. Students are made industry-ready and I also want to say that the teachers of CU are aware of what companies are looking for so that students get the best placement in the best company.
Other: I want to become a software developer that's why I chose this course. I want the crowd to be less.

Dissatisfied with the faculty. Placement is good.
Placements: The placements here are pretty good. The university is bringing companies that offer an average pay package of around 5-7 LPA. There have been mass hiring through companies like Capgemini, Accenture, and Cognizant. Other than that, we had Epam, Morgan Stanley, Cent, and others. While we do get opportunities, the number of placements seems small considering the strength. The university should bring more companies with better pay.
Infrastructure: The university infrastructure is good. Classrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, smart boards, and AC. There are computer labs and experiment labs as well. The blocks have libraries that allow students to study. The university hostel is okay, but not that good. The food quality and variety should improve. Plus, shared washrooms also cause great hygiene concerns.
Faculty: The course curriculum is good and quite easy. One could easily pass the semester exams by studying the content provided on LMS, i.e., the university website. The quality of faculty members varies. Some are good, some are not. This is something that could be improved. There is a special section for top students.
Other: Chandigarh University holds multiple events like freshers, fest, Diwali fest, DJ nights and also promotes participation in such events.

Probably, I would not recommend it.
Placements: Placements I have heard are okay, and not good. If students are skilled, then they wouldn't face many difficulties. If students are skilled, the college itself is unnecessary, as it will surely make some impact on our lives, but not a big mark, which it should.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great, but I would not recommend the hostel as it is bad. The food is average, and sometimes they do make good food. The taste probably wouldn't suit many. Buildings are hierarchical. Some buildings are astounding, and some are okay.
Faculty: Faculty members are based on luck. There are good professors as well as not-so-good ones. Some don't even know what they teach, and sometimes we may even find a student having more knowledge than the professors. Obviously, the good ones are caring and give marks genuinely.

The hostel is good but I am not satisfied with the placement scenario.
Placements: The percentage of placement is very low like in good companies only 2-3 students got selected. I don't know on what basis the college shortlists the students like sometimes who got a good CGPA, resume, and all didn't get their names but students with a backlog do get them. They won't even allow us to sit in placement then for what are they taking Rs. 10,000 for making us prepare for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel and course is good but now this time they have increased the hostel fee by Rs. 45,000 which I think is not worth it. The mess food is not so good. Talking about department it is good and adjustable. The library is so good that you will like to study there.
Faculty: The main thing is that the faculty don't know what they are teaching and almost every time whatever they teach never comes up in the exam and they just give an excuse that the paper was set by a computer by picking random questions. The curriculum also sometimes gets tough, as they sometimes give you many practical subjects at a time which can become difficult to handle.

Review of the Chandigarh University.
Placements: Mostly from the 5th Sem (3rd year) students are eligible for their placements and can participate in the coming drives. A lot of companies, ranging from Amazon to Infineon, come every year, and max package of 1.5cr has gone, and an average of 7 LPA is mostly attained by the students.
Infrastructure: Mess is not upto mark, quantity is good, but quality is not good. Registration process for the hostels is very easy, they have their own portals for hostel booking, and we can directly book our hostel from there, but the fee is high. All the facilities are provided in the class and hostel.
Faculty: The faculty-student ratio at CU is adequate for a large university overall. Classes have around 60-65 students, and most faculty members are very approachable during office hours and even beyond. Personal mentoring sessions are held wherein the mentor takes into account our health, fitness, marks, and if something else might be bothering us. The relationship between faculty and students is very professional and supportive. The curriculum includes a good mix of core subjects, practical labs, electives, projects, and skill-based components.
