NIT Rourkela Cutoff JEE Main 2025: Check Round Wise Cutoff Ranks

As per the GATE cutoff 2025, the top two most challenging M.E./M.Tech specialisations were M.Tech. in Computer Science and M.Tech. in Information Security with last round cutoff scores of 665 and 625, respectively, for the General AI quota. NIT Rourkela cut off 2025 was concluded for M.E./M.Tech admission based on GATE entrance exam score, followed by CCMN counselling. The cutoff was released as scores for different categories belonging to the AI and HS quotas. NIT Rourkela GATE cutoff 2025 ranged between 351 and 665, wherein M.Tech. in Computer Science emerged as the most sought-after specialisation for admission in the General AI category.

In the first round, the cutoff was in the range of 352 and 747 for the students belonging to the General AI quota.

The easy-to-grab specialisations after M.Tech. in Computer Science were M.Tech. in Information Security and M.Tech. in Software Engineering, for which the cutoff scores concluded at 625 and 618, respectively, for the General AI quota. The last round cutoff for the same specialisation was 1020.
