No, candidates who wish to get admissions into the BITS Pilani BTech courses cannot do so by appearing for the JEE Mains exam. Candidates who wish to gain admissions into BITS PIlani entrance exam are required to appearfor the BITSAT entrance exam. To be eligible to appear for the BITSAT entrance exam, candidates must clear their Class 12 board exams with a minimumof 75% aggregate.

The JEE Advanced cutoff for 2025 has been released for Round 1. For BTech in Chemical Engineering, the JEE Advanced last round closing ranks were 2548 and 2464 for IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay, respectively, for the students belonging to the General AI quota. For CSE admission at IIT Gandhinagar, the last round closing rank stood at 2020. Therefore, regardless of the branch you get, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay are also considered to be better options due to their brand value, academics, and placements.

No, DTU does not conduct any entrance exam of its own for admission to any of the UG, PG or doctoral-level courses. To be eligible for the BTech programme offered at Jadavpur University, you need to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
