Yes, the authorities do prepare tie-breaking rules in case two or more candidates secure the same marks in HPCET or the qualifying exam. In such situations, firstly, the candidates who have a higher HPCET score in Physics will be ranked higher, followed by Chemistry. In case the tie still remains, then the qualifying examination marks will be taken into consideration for allotment of ranks. Finally, if the tie does not break, then the candidates who are older in age will be allotted the higher rank.

While reporting to the allotted colleges to confirm their admission through HPCET counselling, the candidates will have to present certain documents for verification. If the candidates unable to present their documents for verification, then they will not be able to confirm their admission. HPCET counselling will be held in online mode. Qualified candidates will be required to fill out the application form for the HPCET counselling process online. All of the required details have to provided online and the candidates will have to upload their documents and pay the fee. The choice filling process has to be completed online before the final date. The authorities will release the HPCET 2025 seat allotment result online.
