SET exam result 2025 was released on May 22, 2025. The Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) was conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to its prestigious colleges on May 5, 2025, and May 11, 2025. The exam conducting authority, SIU conducted the SET exam 2025 in the computer-based test mode. Some SET aspirants do really well while some do not. What After SET Result 2025?
Deciding what to do after the SET exam result can be a little daunting. Also, it is completely an individual’s choice. After the SET result is announced each participating institute releases a SET cutoff list. Candidates who match the cutoff will have to appear for the further admission process which includes Group Discussions, Written Ability Test and Personal Interviews.
During the WAT/GD/PI rounds, aspirants are evaluated on various grounds. They will be evaluated on communication skills, leadership skills, grammatical skills, vocabulary, general awareness, managerial skills, personality, confidence, academics, the candidate-specific field of interest, extracurricular activities, etc.

Written Ability Test (WAT) is conducted as a part of the selection procedure. In 2021, the WAT round was conducted alongside the SET exam. Clearing the WAT round is mandatory to be able to appear in the Personal Interview round. Candidates must ensure that their general knowledge is good as awakened general awareness is expected for SET candidates and is the core of all three rounds. Candidates must know well about the current happenings (national and international arena), business and economy, social issues, etc.

Symbiosis International University – Noida offers admission solely on the basis of merit. The eligibility criteria varies for each course. However, the admission to all courses is based on the merit acquired in the qualifying exam as well as scores obtained in the course-level entrance exam (SNAP/ SLAT/ SLS AIAT/ SET). Candidates who wish to apply to FIMS, must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria.
Personal Interview rounds will also be conducted as the final selection process. The PI round will be conducted individually for each programme by each Symbiosis institute. The SET exam is a qualifying phase. It is mandatory to clear SET exam to be able to appear for the PI round.

SET Counselling: Important Dates Institute-Wise

Symbiosis International University – Noida offers admission to the MBA programme on the basis of the scores obtained in SNAP. The university releases the SNAP cutoff for the course. Candidates can check the cutoff for MBA courses on the official website of the Symbiosis International University – Noida.
SIU will release the SET 2026 result on May 20, 2026. SET scorecard will be available for both sessions on same day. Students can use their login details to download scorecard.
Symbiosis International Pune offers entrance-based admission to all UG, PG and PhD courses i.e. BTech, BBA, MBA, MTech, and others.
