ISC Commerce Board - Exam Dates, Syllabus, Results & Sample Papers

The CISCE conducts the Indian School Certificate (ISC) examinations annually, typically in February/March. The Council prescribes the syllabus, exam pattern, and fixes the important dates too. The board has released the ISC syllabus and exam pattern for the year 2025-26. It also has released the ISC specimen question papers 2026 for students to download and practice. Students are advised to finish with the ISC 12th syllabus and know the exam pattern at least a month before the release of time table.

CISCE has released the ISC time table 2026 in November 2025 on the official website- cisce.org. The exams will be held between February 12 and April 6, 2026. The ISC date sheet 2026 lists the exam dates and timings for all subjects. 

The syllabus of ISC mentions all the topics and chapters to be covered while preparing for the exams. The Council has released the ISC 2026 syllabus for all the subjects. Students can click on the link provided to check the detailed syllabus. Students must try and finish the ISC syllabus 2026 at least two months before the commencement of the exams to score well.

• Students preparing for class 12th board exams must make a study schedule that includes all subjects.
• Make notes of all the difficult points and formulas. These can be referred to the day before the exam.

Students are advised to solve, practice, and analyze the ISC specimen sample papers 2026 and previous years' question papers for better preparation of the exam. ISC previous years' question papers also help students know the kind of questions that do rounds in exam every year. 

CISCE will likely release the ISC 2026 admit card in February. Students are required to collect their admit card from school and carry it on all exam days. Without it, no student is allowed to write the exam.
