ISC Board Exams 2027: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially opened ISC registration window 2027. The board has also started with the registration for fresh candidate for ISC 2028 exam. The board has asked all CISCE-affiliated schools to confirm existing candidate entries and register new candidates within the prescribed timelines to avoid late fee charges. - Confirmation window with late fee is open from August 5 to September 15, 2026
- Schools that fail to confirm candidate entries within the free window will need to pay a late fee to complete the process between September 16 and September 30, 2026.
- CISCE has confirmed that schools can raise requests for corrections of entry details such as name, date of birth, subject combination, or other particulars directly through the CAREERS Portal.

About ISC Board

ISC Exam Pattern
The pattern of ISC is divided into three groups. English is a compulsory subject that carries 100 marks. Chemistry, Physics, and Biology allocate 70 marks for the theory exam and 30 marks for practicals, including project work. Mathematics carries an 80-mark theory paper and 20 marks are allotted for projects. Commerce, Accounts, Economics, and History each have 80 marks theory paper and 20 marks are allotted for internal assessment. Geography includes 70 theory marks with 30 marks for practical and project work.

ISC Syllabus
The syllabus of ISC mentions all the topics and chapters to be covered while preparing for the exams. The syllabus for 2027 was revised by the board. ISC result 2027 is expected to be announced in April. Students can check their ISC Result 2027 using their course code, candidate UID, and index number.
