- The JEE Advanced 2026 application form is expected to be released in April 2026, and the examination will be conducted on May 17, 2026.
- The JEE Main 2026 registration for session 2 has closed for IIT Roorkee admission to BTech, BArch and BPlan courses. The session 2 exams will be conducted from Apr 2 to Apr 9, 2026.
- The GATE 2026 result has been published for admission to the ME/MTech and PhD programmes. The GATE 2026 counselling for round 1 is expected to start from May 11, 2026.
- The IIT JAM 2026 result has been announced for admission to the MSc course. The IIT JAM counselling 2026 will start from Mar 27, 2026.
- The CEED 2026 results for the MDes programme have been released. Students can access and download their scorecard until Jul 31, 2026, by logging in to the official website.

No, you cannot apply for B.Des programme at IIT Roorkee even if you have cleared the UCEED Entrance Exam because Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory subjects in 10+2. But you can apply for B.Des programme at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Indore.

IIT Roorkee doesn't offer PhD in Design course through CEED. It only offers a MDes in Industrial Design. Admission to the M.Des programme will be based on CEED 2026 merit rank. The candidate will have to apply directly to the participating college once results are declared.
