UCEED Registration 2026 is closed with regular fees on November 05, 2025 The last date for UCEED Registration was November 05, 2025 with regular fees. Registration can also be done with late fees of INR 500 till November 10, 2025. IIT Bombay will conduct the exam for UCEED Entrance Examination 2026 on January 18, 2026.

Important Documents for UCEED 2026

Candidates need to upload the documents to register successfully for UCEED 2026:

Steps to Fill UCEED 2026 Application Form

Candidates can go through the step-by-step process to fill UCEED 2026 application form below:

Step 1: Go to the official website of UCEED 2026

To fill the application form for this design entrance exam, candidates need to navigate to the official website of UCEED Registration Portal. Thereafter, one needs to navigate to the tab ‘Register Online’.

Step 2: Register for UCEED exam

Next, candidates need to click on the Registration link here and thereafter go through details mentioned in UCEED 2026 information booklet related to eligibility criteria, documents required and how to fill the application form.

When candidates have all the details, they can click on the ‘Register’ tab here to start the application process for UCEED 2026 exam.

Next, candidates need to enter the email ID with which they want to register for UCEED 2026 or they can even sign in with their Google account.

As soon as this is done, a window opens where ‘Eligibility Check for UCEED’ is done. Here, candidates need to provide details such as physical disability, birth category, date of birth, HSC/ 10+2 qualifying year, mobile number and then click on Mobile Verification tab.

On clicking here, an OTP is generated, which candidates can check on their mentioned mobile number and email ID. candidates need to enter this OTP within the space provided. The OTP will expire in five minutes, so candidates are advised to quickly enter it on the official website of UCEED 2026 as soon as they receive it.

Step 3: Fill personal, educational and contact details

After this, the registration form for UCEED 2026 opens. Some details are pre-filled in the form based on details provided by candidates earlier. Information to be provided in the form includes address, educational details such as qualifying exam, year of passing, board, stream, school/ college name and address. Next, candidates need to select three preferred test cities.

Once all these details are filled in, candidates need to click on the ‘Save’ button. If the candidate wants to change any details filled by them then they can even click on the ‘Back’ button.

Right after clicking the Save button, the registration number is generated and candidates are shown their filled-out form. candidates can go through the details mentioned by them. If they find that all the details are correctly filled then they can click on the ‘Confirm’ button otherwise, they can click the ‘Back’ button and make the necessary changes.

Step 4: Upload documents

Next, candidates need to upload the required documents in the format mentioned by exam authorities. Here, the documents to be uploaded include a coloured photograph, signature, date of birth proof and qualifying exam certificate. Once all these documents are uploaded, candidates need to click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button.

On clicking this button, the ‘Registration Form Confirmation’ page opens where candidates can check details filled by them in their UCEED 2026 application form. If candidates find any incorrect information provided by them then they can click on the ‘Edit Registration Form’ button. Otherwise, candidates can check the application form declaration boxes mentioned right at the bottom of the page and click on ‘Save and Proceed for Payment button’.

Step 5: Pay UCEED application fee

Next, candidates are prompted to pay the UCEED application fee and are provided details related to do’s and don’ts of paying the fee. After going through the Payment Disclaimer information candidates can either click on ‘Edit Registration Form’ button if they want to make any changes in their application form or click on ‘ Make Payment and Submit’ button.

Thereafter, candidates will be navigated to the Payment details page, which would include their User ID, User Name, Payment Description, Amount due and mode of payment. Candidates need to go through these details and select the mode of payment and then click on Proceed button.

Candidates are navigated to the payment page where they need to pay UCEED application fee. Once the application fee has been paid successfully, candidates are provided with a payment receipt and their application form is submitted successfully for scrutiny by IIT Bombay UCEED 2026 exam officials.

Candidates need to note that UCEED 2026 application fee does not include service charges, processing fees and any other charges that the banks may charge. If any candidate is unable to pay UCEED application fee within the stipulated time then he/ she needs to pay a late fee of Rs 500.

If you have biology as a subject in 10+2, then you can apply for B.Des programme at IIITDM Jabalpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Indore.

To apply at IIITDM, you need to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects in 10+2.

No, you cannot apply for B.Des programme at IIT Roorkee even if you have cleared the UCEED Entrance Exam because Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory subjects in 10+2. But you can apply for B.Des programme at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Indore.
