1. सबसे पहले क्या चेक करें? (Check the Confirmation Page Status)
पैसे कटने के तुरंत बाद दोबारा पेमेंट करने की जल्दबाजी न करें। सबसे पहले नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करें:

NTA की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं और अपने Application Number और पासवर्ड के जरिए दोबारा लॉगिन करें।

यदि आपका पेमेंट सफल हो गया (भले ही ट्रांजैक्शन के समय ERROR आया हो), तो आपका Application Confirmation Page जेनरेट हो चुका होगा।

यदि बैंक से पैसे कट चुके हैं लेकिन NTA पोर्टल पर स्टेटस 'Pending' या 'Failed' दिखा रहा है, तो इसके दो कारण हो सकते हैं - Server Lag (सर्वर की धीमी गति) या Payment Gateway Bank Error। ऐसे में आपको यह रणनीतियां अपनानी चाहिए:
A. 24 से 48 घंटे का इंतजार करें - NTA का पेमेंट सर्वर और आपके बैंक का सर्वर आपस में डेटा सिंक (Sync) करने में समय ले सकते हैं।
यदि आपके पास JEE Main 2027 Dates के अनुसार समय बचा है, तो कम से कम 24 घंटे का इंतजार करें। कई बार यह स्टेटस अपने आप अपडेट होकर "Successful" हो जाता है।
B. NTA हेल्पडेस्क और पेमेंट गेटवे से संपर्क करें - इंतजार के दौरान आप NTA और संबंधित बैंक के हेल्पडेस्क पर शिकायत दर्ज कराएं:

3. यदि आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि (Deadline) बिल्कुल नजदीक हो?
यदि आप JEE Main 2027 Registration के आखिरी दिनों में फॉर्म भर रहे हैं और आपका पेमेंट फेल हो गया है, तो आपके पास इंतजार करने का समय नहीं है।

फॉर्म रिजेक्ट होने या परीक्षा छूटने से बचने के लिए किसी दूसरे पेमेंट मोड (जैसे डेबिट कार्ड या नेट बैंकिंग की जगह UPI, या इसके विपरीत) का उपयोग करके दुबारा फीस का भुगतान करें।

भारी ट्रैफिक के दौरान कई बार UPI ऐप्स (जैसे GPay, PhonePe) का रिस्पांस टाइम आउट हो जाता है। इसलिए नेट बैंकिंग या क्रेडिट/डेबीट कार्ड अधिक विश्वसनीय हैं।

भुगतान के दौरान जब ब्राउज़र 'Processing' दिखा रहा हो, तो कभी भी बैक (Back) बटन न दबाएं और न ही पेज को रिफ्रेश करें। इससे ट्रांजैक्शन फंस जाता है।
