Regular Candidates (OC/EWS/BC/SC/ST/Minority)
- Pay and Book First: You must pay the fee and book a specific location, date, and time slot online first on the official website - tgeapcet.nic.in. If you do not pay and book a slot, you cannot get your documents verified.
- Where to Go: Choose your nearest or most convenient Helpline Centre (HLC) from the official list.
- Be on Time: You must go only to the centre you picked, on the exact date and time you booked.
Special Category Candidates (NCC, PHC, CAP, Sports, Anglo-Indian)
- One Specific Centre: You must choose Government Polytechnic, Masabtank, Hyderabad as your Helpline Centre. Do not book any other centre.
- All-in-One Verification: Go there on your booked date and time. They will verify your special category certificates and your regular school/caste certificates at the same time.

All original certificates and 2 sets of Xerox copies of the following:
- Rank Card of TG EAPCET 2026
- TS EAMCET 2026 Hall Ticket
- Aadhaar Card
- S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
- Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate.
- VI to Intermediate or its equivalent Study Certificates.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C).
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2026 by the competent authority, if applicable.
- EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Tahsildar, valid for the year 2026-27, if applicable.
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
- Residence Certificate of the candidate for a period of 7 years preceding the qualifying examination, in case the candidate has no institutionalised education.
- In respect of Non-Local candidates, in order to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats, the following certificates need to be submitted.
