BITSAT 2027 Result: BITS Pilani releases the BITSAT results in two modes. Students can check their raw marks on the screens immediately after the test. A few days later, the institute releases the moderated scores through the score card. The moderated scores may be different than the ones displayed after the test but remain final.

The BITSAT 2027 scorecard will be available in online mode only. To download the BITSAT scorecard, candidates have to follow the given instructions.

- Click on the BITSAT 2027 result link.
- You will be redirected to the BITSAT login page.
- Enter your application number and password.
- Click on the BITSAT result tab.
- The BITSAT scorecard will be available for download.

What After BITSAT Result 2027?
After the announcement of BITSAT result, the next step is counselling. The authorities activate the BITSAT preference form link after the announcement of session 1 results. During the BITSAT counselling, students have to submit their class 12 qualifying marks, and fill out their preferred choices of courses and campuses (Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad) in order of preference. Seats are then allocated through multiple rounds called 'iterations' based on BITSAT scores, preferences, and seat availability. Once a seat is allotted, students have to pay the admission fees and verify their documents to confirm their admission.
There is a direct admission scheme for board topper who can get admission to the campus without having to appear for BITSAT.

The BITSAT question paper is divided into four section. For the Mathematics/Biology section, there will be 40 questions. Physics and Chemistry will have 30 questions in each section. Logical Reasoning will have 20 and English Proficiency will have 10 questions. There will 130 questions in the question paper.

How is BITSAT 2027 Result Calculated: Tie Breaking Guidelines
Admissions into programmes offered by different campuses of BITS are completely based on merit and the scores acquired by candidates in the BITSAT 2027. Here, the candidates also need to ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria related to the minimum marks to be obtained in the Class XII Board examination or equivalent qualifying exam. In a situation wherein two or more candidates have the same BITSAT score, a tie-breaker will be done as per the below-mentioned rules:
- Scores of candidates in Mathematics/Biology (For BPharm) subjects in BITSAT will be considered for preparing the merit list.
- If the tie still exists, then the score of candidates in the Physics section of the BITSAT will be considered for preparing the merit list.
- If the tie still exists, then the score of candidates in the Chemistry section of BITSAT would be taken into consideration.
- If the tie still exists, then the total marks of candidates in their Class 12 examination in PCM/PCB (for BPharm) will be taken into consideration.

The 12th standard PCM marks will be considered to break the tie in the BITSAT score. If the tie remains after checking the entrance exam subject-wise score, then the 12th standard qualifying exam marks will be used to break the tie.
To break the tie in the BITSAT score, the Mathematics score will be considered first. For BPharm admissions, the Biology score will be considered. If these scores are still unable to break the tie, then other subject scores will be checked by the authorities.
BITSAT Cutoff
BITS Pilani will release the BITSAT cutoff for each course after the conclusion of the counselling process. The BITSAT cutoff signify the minimum marks at which admissions were made into a particular course at BITS Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses. There are no category-wise cutoffs for BITSAT. However, the cut-off scores vary for each course. Candidates can refer to the BITSAT 2026 cutoffs for reference.

During BITSAT counselling, students will be allotted according to rank and preferences. Allotment result will be announced in form of iterations. Once students are allotted, they will have to confirm their admission.
