AILET Counselling Dates 2026 (OUT): Check BA LLB (Hons) & LLM Merit List & Admission Schedule Here

Candidates will require the following documents during the AILET counselling process:

• Application form
• AILET Hall ticket
• 10th & 12th marksheets
• Category certificate
• Specially-Abled Certificate 
• Domicile Certificate
• Any other supporting document to claim your seat

The seat allotment process in AILET counselling is done based on the candidate's rank and scores. After the results, Candidates are issued the merit list through the website, and then they need to make the fee payment before the deadline. Candidates have to pay before December 27, 2025, for AILET 2026 Counselling registrations.

AILET 2026 exam was conducted on December 14, 2025 in online mode. AILET 2026 Result is available to downlaod on the website. NLU Delhi will release the AILET first merit list 2026 on January 8, 2026.

AILET 2026 registration started from August 07 2025 on the official AILET portal - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The exam date for All India Law Entrance Test was December 14, 2025. The AILET 2026 application form was released for admission to BA LLB and LLM courses. 

Following documents will be considered as valid for AILET 2026 exam day and, candidates can carry any one of the following: 

• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Voter ID
• Passport
• Aadhaar Card

Yes, candidates should carry two stamp size photograph on the exam day along with the admit card. This photograph should  be affixed on the attendance sheet.

To crack AILET exam in your first attempt-

• Create a plan
• Collect the books along with the previous year question papers
• Divide equal days to each subject 

AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) is a national-level law entrance exam, conducted for admission to the law courses- UG (BA LLB) and PG (LLM). The exam is held once a year in online mode.

National Law University (NLU) Delhi has released the provisional answer key on December 14, 8 PM, and opened the objection window. After receiving the objection, the final AILET answer key will be published. 

Yes, the candidate can challenge the AILET Answer Key. NLU Delhi has released the provisional answer key for AILET and has opened a window to invite objections till December 16, 12 PM. After receiving the objection, the final AILET answer key will be published.  Note that, unlike the provisional key, the final key can't be challenged. So, the keys included in the final keys will be considered the correct keys for the questions asked in the AILET exam.
