The AIBE 19 CoP has been released at https://www.allindiabarexamination.com/. The Council released a direct link to download the AIBE 19 CoP. The candidates can download CoP through the direct link given here. This document is essential for anyone wishing to enroll officially as an advocate and begin practicing law in Court.

The AIBE 20 CoP will be issued by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The eligible candidates can download their CoP by logging in with their Enrollment number and other credentials. The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 20 CoP after the declaration of result. Only those who meet or exceed the AIBE 20 cutoff marks will be eligible to receive their CoP.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) will release the AIBE 20 Certificate of Practice after the result. The AIBE COP will be published on allindiabarexamination.com. The eligible candidates can download their AIBE 20 CoP with the help of their Enrollment number and other credentials. The candidates who provided an undertaking (to get the minimum eligibility) can upload the relevant document till March 21, 2026 to download their Certificate. This Certification of Practice is compulsory for the candidates starting their career as a Lawyer in Courts. 

The Bar Council of India will grant the AIBE 20 Certificate of Practice (CoP) to all candidates who successfully clear the AIBE 20 exam. The candidates will be able to collect the certificates of practice directly from their respective State Bar Council. Only those who meet or exceed the AIBE 20 cutoff marks will be eligible to receive their CoP. This document is essential for anyone wishing to enroll officially as an advocate and begin practicing law in Indian courts.

The BCI conducted the AIBE exam on November 30, 2025, from 1 PM to 4 PM. The exam was conducted at the test centres as provided on each candidate's hall ticket. The BCI has already released the AIBE XX answer key on December 3. Candidates are allowed to raise objections to the answer key till December 10, 11:59 pm. Later, the AIBE 20 Final Answer Key was released on January 7, 2026.

A Certificate of Practice is issued by the Bar Council of India under Section 24(1)(b) of the Advocates Act, 1961. It certifies that an individual is qualified and can practice law in India. It is issued to aspirants who successfully clear the exam. The BCI has made it mandatory that all advocates obtain a CoP within three years of their provisional enrollment with a State Bar Council. If they don't do that, it can result in suspension of practice rights.

If you forget your AIBE Law admit card, you will not be allowed to sit for the exam. Therefore, carry the admit card to the exam centre.
