The AIBE 20 COP will be released once the AIBE Exam 2025 is over. Candidates will be able to collect directly from the respective State Bar Council. Only those who meet or exceed the AIBE 20 cutoff marks will be eligible to receive their CoP. This document is essential for anyone wishing to enroll officially as an advocate and begin practicing law in Indian courts.
A Certificate of Practice (CoP) is a formal authorisation issued by the Bar Council of India under Section 24(1)(b) of the Advocates Act, 1961, certifying that an individual is qualified and authorised to practice law in India. It is granted to law graduates who successfully clear the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and serves as the primary credential enabling advocates to appear before courts and tribunals across the country
