"Exam went well. LR and VA sections were very easy. Quants section was a bit tough in comparison to VA and LR. Overall, the paper was very easy only the time management was the matter. I appeared for CAT 2023 also and SNAP 2023 was way too easy than that."

"The exam was good. VA section was easy, LRDI was very easy and Quant was moderate. There were no RCs or parajumbles. In LRDI there were no input-out questions and the patterns were also easy. In Quants, most of the questions were from Arithmetic and there were questions on series and progression."
Yash Kumar
"My exam was quite good. English questions were basic level and Quant questions were of moderate to difficult level. If you prepared for CAT then Quant was easy but if you prepared only for SNAP, then the question may seem difficult. Two probability questions were same as in CAT. In English, there was figure of speech, parts of speech and basic grammar questions."
Samarth
"The SNAP 2023 exam was fairly easy. The Verbal part was easy. Logical reasoning was wasy. Quant was time consuming but if you chose the correct questions it would be easy. I am appearing for XAT and NMAT exams too."
Aditya
"SNAP 2023 was on par with the official SNAP mock test. Quants was the hardest. LR was the easiest surprisingly. English and LR were equally easy. There wasn’t any RC topic this year. I have appeared for CAT and am going to appear for XAT and GMAT."

SNAP candidates are not required to apply separately for all SIU campuses. They can select colleges in the SNAP application form. However, they need to fill the PI-shortlist form separately for whichever colleges they get shortlisted.

Between SNAP and NMAT, the former is considered easier in terms of difficulty level of the questions. However, SNAP is of 60 minutes in which candidates have to address 60 question. This makes SNAP more challenging than NMAT which is a test of longer duration (2 hours having 108 questions).

Usually it is recommended that Arun Sharma series (Verbal, Quant, DI), R.S. Aggarwal's Reasoning/Quant books, and Word Power Made Easy, are enough for SNAP preparation. Sample questions papers, mock tests, sectional test series are also important.

Two months may not be enough to prepare for SNAP exam, if you are attempting it for the first time. However, you can try with a very specific and focussed plan. Check SNAP question papers of previous years to know dominant subjects. Study only those thoroughly and practice mock tests side by side.

No, there is no provision of rechecking or revaluation in SNAP. Candidates get three attempts in SNAP to improve their score in a single academic year. Candidates can attempt the exam three times. However, whether to appear for the exam again or not is the decision to be taken at the time of SNAP form filling only as the option to appear for multiple sessions is mentioned in the application form only. You cannot register for re-test after the SNAP registration window closes.
Best score of all the attempts will be considered for admission. The scores mentioned on the SNAP scorecard are final. If any candidate wishes to improve the score, then they will have to attempt the exam next year again.
