There are many MBA colleges as well as B-schools across India. But for TANCET you can choose a college in the state of Tamil Nadu because it is a state-wide entrance examination. For state entrance examinations such as TANCET there will be a minimum cut-off to qualify for the exam. Qualified students will be called for counselling and there they will be shortlisted for admission to various B-schools and MBA colleges in Tamil Nadu. Candidates will be shortlisted for the admission process by considering TANCET marks obtained by them. There are different types of cut-offs based on their category. You can shortlist good MBA colleges based on your score. Different colleges accept different percentile ranges because of the competition. And many reputed universities, colleges have kept high percentile as their cut off. You can compare with last year score and also cut off. Because they will give some analysis regarding your score. Cut off ranges from category to category. And there are some famous colleges such as Veltech Rangarajan Dr Sakunthala College, PSG, Thaigaraja College, etc., that have high cut-offs.

You must know the syllabus as well as the pattern of the exam. Have a proper study plan and correct materials for the TANCET examination. Try to cover each and every concept from the syllabus. Don’t ignore previous year question papers, try to solve them every day. Brush up your basic concepts. Also, buy the best test series, best books that are useful for the TANCET examination. Managing time is also very important in the preparation as well as in the examination. Keep focus only on important topics during the last days of examination. Health is also very important to stay healthy, have g good diet, also have a sound sleep during the last days of examination. Moreover, you should have a focus on the accuracy, speed of the examination try to improve accuracy and speed while in the examination. Clear your doubts as soon as possible. Avoid mistakes during mock tests. Don’t try to start new topics during the last days of your preparation. Revision is key to success so try to revise every topic twice or thrice if possible. Also, have a group discussion on the subject but not chitchat. Try to technology but not social media, because social media disturbs you a lot.
