GATE 2025 Admit Card To be Released on January 2

IIT Roorkee has closed the GATE applicant registration and form correction process. The conducting authorities are all set to release the GATE 2025 admit card on January 2, 2025. Check below to learn more about the GATE hall ticket.
GATE 2025 Admit Card: IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE 2025 exam on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. The branch-wise exam dates have also been announced. The registration process is over, and the GATE 2025 exam admit card will be available on January 2, 2025. Candidates registered for the exam can download the hall ticket at the GOAPS portal.
How to Download the GATE 2025 Exam Hall Ticket?
The GATE 2025 admit card will be released online, and candidates can download the hall ticket by visiting the GATE GOAPS portal. The steps to download are as follows -
- Visit the GATE’s official website - gate2025.iitr.ac.in
- Click on the GOAPS portal/applicant’s login
- Enter the credentials: Enrollment ID and password.
- The admit card for GATE will be displayed on the screen.
- Check the details carefully and download.
Details Printed on the GATE 2025 Admit Card
The following details are printed on the GATE 2025 hall ticket PDF -
- Candidate’s name
- Photograph and signature of the candidate
- Enrollment ID
- Roll number
- Test paper code
- Exam centre and code
- Date and time of the exam
- Exam day instructions
Candidates must check all the details carefully. If there is any discrepancy, applicants must contact the helpdesk to make changes before the exam date.
What to Carry Along with GATE Admit Card?
The GATE admit card is a mandatory document that must be carried to the exam centre, along with valid ID proof, such as the following -
- Aadhaar card
- Driving license
- PAN Card
- Voter ID
- Passport
- College or Employee ID
On the other hand, international candidates can carry any of the following -
- Driving license
- Passport
- A valid Government issued-ID
- College or University ID card
Along with a valid ID proof, candidates must carry a recent passport-size photograph (the one used in the GATE 2025 application form). Applicants must reach the GATE exam centre 30 minutes before the exam time and follow all the instructions in the GATE 2025 hall ticket.
