GATE Exam Day Guidelines
The organising authorities issue strict guidelines on the hall ticket. Candidates must follow every instruction mentioned on the admit card of GATE ME exam. Below are the exam day guidelines for GATE 2026.
- Reach exam centre at least an hour before, as late entry will not be accepted
- Make sure to carry all the above-mentioned documents along with GATE 2026 ME hall ticket
- Do not carry any electronic gadgets or sheets to the centre
- Physical calculators are not allowed inside the exam hall. Students will be provided GATE online calculator to solve questions.
- One scribble pad will be provided inside exam hall. Candidates have to write their name and roll number before starting. Once the exam is complete, it has to be returned to the invigilator.
