What is CLAT Answer Key 2027 Objection submission fee?

How to Calculate CLAT 2027 Score Using Answer Key?
With the help of the CLAT answer key, candidates can calculate their score. However, for the same, candidates need to be aware of the CLAT 2027 marking scheme.
CLAT Marking Scheme
As per the CLAT marking scheme released by the Consortium of NLUs
- One mark is allotted for every correct answer
- 0.25 marks are deducted for every incorrect answer
- Zero marks for questions left unattempted
CLAT Passing Marks out of 120
The Consortium of NLUs does not release any passing marks for the CLAT exam. Candidates are always selected based on merit rank. CLAT NLU Allotment is done based on merit cum preference. However, those candidates who secure 85+ marks have a good chance of getting admission to top NLUs in the country.

Based on the result, all the qualifying candidates will be called for CLAT counselling. In the counselling session, all the qualifying candidates will be allotted seats in their respective courses offered at CLAT colleges.

A good rank in the CLAT exam for general category students is under 1,000–1,500 to secure admission in top-tier National Law Universities (NLUs). A rank under 500 is considered excellent for the top 5 NLUs, while a rank up to 3,000–5,000 can still secure a seat in newer, mid-tier NLUs.
The CLAT 2027 UG syllabus includes five subjects: English Language, Current Affairs & GK, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. The exam will be for 120 MCQs. Candidates will get 2 hours to complete the exam.
The Consortium of NLUs is likely to announce the CLAT Result 2027 on December 11, 2026. The result will be announced on consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
While it is not impossible, it is a really challenging task. To score well, you must start preparing for CLAT at least six months before. It is very important to score well if you are looking forward to getting into good NLU. For top 10 NLU, you at least need to score between 100 to 105 as per past trends.
The CLAT syllabus is considered challenging due to its comprehensive, passage-based nature. Candidates will have to solve the questions within two hour time limit for 120 questions. The syllabus is tough and exam is difficult to crack.
