JCECE BSc Nursing 2025: Answer Key (OUT), Cutoff, Result, Counselling, Syllabus & Pattern

JCECE BSc Nursing exam is known as Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) BSc Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE is also known as NECE, which stands for Nursing Entrance Competitive Examination. JCECE BSc Nursing or NECE is a state-level examination conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Government of Jharkhand. The JCECE BSc Nursing 2025 exam is conducted to facilitate admission into BSc Nursing and BSc Post-Basic Nursing courses in colleges across Jharkhand State.

The JCECE BSc Nursing Answer Key 2025 has been released on July 29, 2025, for the aspirants who appeared for the BSc nursing exam. The JCECE answer key 2025 has been published in PDF format. Candidates can access the answer key through the direct link provided below.

1. Visit the official website, jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in
2. Click on the 'Downloads' section provided on the left side of the homepage.
3. Click on "Answer Key for B.Sc. Nursing (Basic) Entrance Competitive Examination – 2025" 
4. A PDF will appear on the screen showing the correct option choice against the question numbers.
5. Review the answer key and analyse your predictive scores. 

JCECE BSc Nursing results will be available on the official website of the JCECEB, Government of Jharkhand. The Jharkhand BSc nursing result 2025 will be announced tentatively in August 2025. The JCECE BSc Nursing result will be calculated based on the performance of the candidates in the state-level entrance examination. The JCECEB will release a separate merit list after announcing the results. Candidates will be able to download their results by providing their roll number by visiting the official JCECEB website.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) will conduct JCECE Nursing 2025 Counselling in online mode on the official website. The Jharkhand BSc Nursing 2025 counselling process date has not been released so far, and it will be updated on the page once it is out. 

The JCECEB generally conducts two counselling rounds to fill the seats of nursing colleges in Jharkhand. JCECEB will also release the guidelines of the counselling process in the official notification along with dates. 

JCECE BSc nursing 2025 or JCECE NECE 2025 exam is the gateway for admission to BSc Nursing and BSc Post Nursing programmes and both courses have different eligibility criteria.

BSc Nursing Course 

• The applicant should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects along with English Core/English Elective securing 45 per cent in aggregate from a recognized board such as AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
• Applicants appearing for class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45 percent in aggregate are also eligible.
• The applicant shall be medically fit
• The minimum age of the applicant shall be 17 years as on December 31 of the year in which admission is sought

BSc Post-Basic Nursing Course 

• Applicant should have passed class 12 Senior Secondary or Intermediate or an equivalent examination on a recognized board. Applicants who have passed class 11 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.
• Applicant should possess a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and should be a Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) with the State Nursing Council.
• Applicants should have a domicile certificate of Jharkhand State
• The maximum age of the aspirants should be 35 years (45 years in the case of a regular employee of State Government) as on 31st December of the examination year

Applicants have to first register themselves and then only they can proceed to fill the JECCE BSc Nursing 2025 application form. To apply successfully, the candidates have to furnish all the details such as Personal, Academic, Correspondence, and Contact details, etc. in the form. No JCECE BSc Nursing application will be considered complete without the application fee payment. Candidates must ensure to pay the application fee to complete the form-filling process successfully.

Applicants should ensure that the information they have filled in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2025 application form is true and correct. The JCECEB will provide a correction window to edit any details in the JCECE BSc Nursing 2025 application form after the registration process concludes. 

Before the final submission of the JCECE BSc Nursing application form, candidates should take at least two printouts of it for future reference. To avoid rejection, candidates should apply on or before the last date of submission of the JCECE BSc Nursing application form.

JCECE BSc Nursing admit card was issued by the conducting body JCECEB on July 23, 2025. The JCECEC BSc Nursing 2025 admit card is issued to those applicants whose application forms were accepted by the JCECEB.

To download the JCECE BSc Nursing admit card, applicants should visit the official website of JCECEB and log in using their application number and password. No Candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre without having a valid ID card. JCECEB will not send the admit card to any applicant via the post. Applicants can download the admit card in a PDF file and can take a printout of the same. After taking the printout out candidates have to paste their valid photograph on the admit card in the box provided and have to self-attest it as well.

Applicants were required to carry a hard copy of the JCECE BSc Nursing admit card 2025 on the day of the examination, July 26, 2025. Entry to the examination hall was allowed only with the JCECE nursing admit card. It was mandatory to reach the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the examination to avoid any hassle. The JCECE BSc Nursing admit card carries important information regarding the exam centre venue printed on it.
