The Railway Recruitment Board conducted the RRB JE 2024 CBT 2 exam on April 22, 2025. They should not touch new topics, as it will create confusion. In the exam, 150 MCQs were asked, each carried one mark. Subjects included are General Awareness, Physics & Chemistry, Basics of Computers and Applications, Basics of Environment and Pollution Control, and Technical Abilities. The duration of the exam is two hours, or 120 minutes. The minimum qualifying mark is 40%. Also, there was a negative marking of 1/3rd of a mark.

Yes it is mandatory to carry the RRB JE admit card to the examination centre. Candidates need to produce admit card as evidence at RRB JE exam centres 2025 for verification process. Without admit card candidates will not be allowed to take exam. Also candidates are required to carry a valid photo ID proof along with admit card.

- It is important for the candidates to revise what they have learned so far. Revise all the formulas as they are the basis of calculations and help to solve questions easily. Concentrate on what you know and what you have learned until now and ace these topics.

In the RRB JE CBT 1, in total 100 questions will be asked. Marks awarded is 100 and candidates need to complete the exam in 90 minutes. There is a negative marking, one third marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
On the other hand in the RRB JE CBT 2, total number of questions asked will be 1

Yes, the syllabus for RRB JE Stage 1 and 2 are different. As Stage 1 CBT focusses on the general subjects including Mathematics, General Science, General Awareness, etc. While in Stage 2 CBT techincal specific subject is asked along with the General Awareness & Science, basics of computer and applic

A total of 2569 vacancies were announced by the authority for the RRB JE 2025 examination under adv no. CEN 05/2025. Now, it has been revised to 2588. Posts included are Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant.

As per the short notice released, the RRB JE 2025 application process started from October 31 to December 10, 2025 for the posts of Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant and other Posts. Vacancy announced are 2588.
