AFCAT 1 2024 Admit Card

AFCAT 1 2024 admit card will be released on January 30. Candidates need to enter email ID, password and captcha code in order to download the AFCAT admit card. 

Q:   When AFCAT 2 application form 2024 will be released?
A:

AFCAT 2 application form 2024 was released on May 30, 2024. The application form for AFCAT 2 was released to select candidates for the courses beginning at Air Force Academy in July 2025. AFCAT 2 application process comprises registration, filling the application form and fee payment. The window to edit the AFCAT 2 application form 2024 will be made available after the application process closes wherein candidates can only edit details such as name, father's name, passport-size photograph, signature, and thumb impression. The application fee is INR 550 with GST charges. 

Q:   When AFCAT application form is released?
A:

AFCAT 1 application form 2024 was released on December 1, 2023. AFCAT 2 application form 2024 was released on May 30, 2024. Interested candidates can fill the application form online within the prescribed deadline. The application process comprises several steps such as registration, changing the password, filling the detailed application form, paying the application fees, etc. Candidates should fill the details in the application form carefully to avoid any rejection in the application process. The steps to fill AFCAT application form are given below:

  • Visit the official website of IAF
  • Go to the ‘Candidate Login’ on the home page of AFCAT
  • New users need to register for the exam by entering the required details
  • Two separate OTPs will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile numbers of candidates
  • After verifying the OTPs candidates can proceed towards filling the application form
  •  Before filling the application form, candidates should read the notification carefully
  • In the application form, candidates need to enter personal details, course preference, communication details, select the exam centres, upload the documents, sign the declaration and submit the application form
  •  After successfully filling the application form, candidates can pay the application fees
  • Take the printout of the application form and receipt of the transaction receipt
Q:   What are the documents required for AFCAT AFSB?
A:

While appearing for AFSB, candidates need to carry the following documents: AFCAT Admit Card Original Matriculation/ Secondary School Certificate and Mark sheets issued by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Board No Other Certificate will be accepted for verification of Date of Birth Original Marks Sheet & Certificate of 10+2 (issued by the relevant Board) Original/ Provisional Graduation Degree/ Post Graduation Degree Certificates and Marksheet of each year/ semester issued by University. Provisional Certificate issued by college principal is not acceptable. However, Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University is acceptable In case of final year/ semester students, a Certificate from the College Principal with proper stamp is required Two attested photocopies of certificates Original NCC Certificate (if applicable) NOC from employers for candidates working in Central/ State government. Or Public Sector Undertakings Original valid Commercial Pilots' License, issued by DGCA, if applicable Inbound Railway Ticket/ Bus Tickets. (For refund of Travelling Allowance) 20 copies of passport-size photographs.
