UGC NET 2026: National Testing Agency has released official notification for UGC NET December 2026 cycle on October 8. Application form is open from October 8 to October 28. Candidates who make errors while completing their application forms can edit and correct their details during correction window from November 2 to November 4 (up to 11:50 PM).
UGC NET December 2026 examination will be conducted across 87 subjects in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode between December 14 to December 18 and 21.

The NTA will release the UGC NET 2026 December session application form along with the notification 2026. It is also advised to the candidates to fill out the correct details with utmost care in the application form. The UGC NET Dec session exam will be conducted online in Computer-Based Test Mode. It will be held in two shifts. Shift 1 from 9 am to 12 pm and shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Candidates need to follow given steps to make corrections to already submitted UGC NET December application form 2026
- Visit official portal: ugcnet.nta.nic.in or nta.ac.in.
- Click on link for "Correction Window of Online Application Form for UGC NET December 2026".
- Log in using your Application Number, Password/Date of Birth, and Security Pin (or via Meri Pehchaan SSO).
- Click on "Correction in Application Form" tab.
- Review correction guidelines and agree to declaration.
