BHU is an emotion. Everything is good about BHU.
Placements: Various companies, like VNR Seeds, come and hire students. They provide average package of upto INR 5-6 Lacs (CTC) for Masters students. Most of the students prefer these companies, while others prepare for government jobs. Some students also go for bank jobs.
Infrastructure: The department is well equipped with quality labs. Smart classrooms are there. In hostels, rooms are given on a shared basis with the facility of Wi-Fi. There is also a mess and a canteen for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. A medical facility is also there in case of an emergency.
Faculty: The professors are very qualified and have expertise in their field. Teaching quality is good. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The passing percentage is 100%. The course curriculum exposes students to various practicals that make them ready for industry.
Other: Overall, BHU is an emotion. Assi Ghat is a peaceful area nearby where you can go with your friends and feel peace. The chain at VT is awesome.

The review of BHU - Banaras Hindu University.
Placements: Many companies like Syngenta, ICRISAT, and some companies related to seeds and vegetables visit the campus for placements, and they offer good packages for postgraduate students. Companies like YP in Bihar Jeevika, Jharkhand Jeevika and some NGOs like Pradhan also visit the campus to hire B.Sc. students.
Infrastructure: Since BHU is a well known central university, its infrastructure is well-developed. Even our agriculture institute also has its own library and computer labs. BHU also has a central library and a central computer lab. Many playgrounds, gyms and pools are also available here. The college also has a primary student health centre, and a hospital named Sir Sundarlal Hospital is also available nearby if there are any health issues.
Faculty: Our professors and lecturers are very supportive and understanding. As per my own experience, my advisory faculty was just like my guardian in my college life. All the professors are well qualified. They give us knowledge not only about the subject but also tell us about the values that we must follow in our lives.
Other: Every year, every college of this university organises their cultural fest and sports events. The college also organises an intercollege competition named Spandhan.

A centre for both learning and earning
Placements: I have done my under-graduation from this college, and some of my friends have got decent placements. After under-graduation, one can get a small job. But doing post graduation is always beneficial in terms of getting good campus placements. Recruitment from private agriculture-based companies occurs regularly for both UG and PG level students.
Infrastructure: This institute has a big and green campus. Lecture halls have good seating capacity, and there is a seminar complex. The institute has its own library with a wide range of books. Hostel facilities are available near the institute. The laboratories are well-equipped. We also have a college canteen called Agro cafe for good food at affordable prices.
Faculty: The faculty consists of very talented professors; they are highly educated and qualified. In my department, there are plant breeders who have released so many varieties of plants which are running successfully in public domain. Courses are based on the prescribed syllabus for agriculture colleges by MHRD. The course curriculum is followed strictly.
Other: The famous Vishwanath Temple is located just outside our campus, which makes us feel good and provides a nicer environment for learning in the institute. The Students of this institute have so far been successful in all areas. Research work, important to farmers, is being conducted on a large scale.

An institute that offers everything a student desires to be, in the field of agriculture
Placements: Campus placements do occur from my institute, though not much. The reason is that most students prefer government jobs, and prepare for such exams, or the opt for either bank jobs. Overall, the success rate is much better than other institutes in my university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and labs are well-equipped. The farm for agricultural research purposes is also large, Buildings are good. Classrooms, a library and seminar halls are there, and are well-equipped. A new building and a seminar Hall have recently been constructed. Hostel facilities for boys and Girls are also there and are sufficient.
Faculty: Professors are highly qualified and experienced. The course curriculum is followed as prescribed by UGC. Professors are friendly and help students in every way possible. The course is strictly followed, and practicals are conducted in a nice way. Graduation, post-graduation, research and higher studies are conducted under the guidance of experienced professors and research associates.
Other: It is situated in Banaras Hindu University, and that too near the Vishwanath Temple. Therefore, students and faculty members find this place blessed by Lord Vishwanath and by our god Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Ji. Besides this, the university offers vast opportunities for personal development, sports, gym facilities, and a clean and green campus.
