Very good placement, great infrastructure, and also the facilities are highly qualified.

Placements: The highest package of my course is 85 LPA, and the average is 18 LPA, which is a very low number, according to me. Here, getting placements is also easy if you develop good skills in any language. Colleges provide a good course that helps you learn different languages so that you can master any one language and get a good placement.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is set up all over the college, which student can easily access for their studies. Labs are well-equipped with all requirements, and lab assistants are always there for help. Hostel facilities are also good, along with a mess which provides 4 meals a day. The health centre is there for students, which is free of cost.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and have a great knowledge of their students, and they are always ready to help students. The course is designed up to the mark according to recent industrial requirements. Semester exams are quite tough, helping a student to have a deep knowledge about that subject.

Good placements in 2025-26, first year is kind of okay-ish, really peaceful environment at night.

Placements: Well, this is the first ITCY batch of DTU, so I can't really share any placement stats of our batch, but placements in IT have been quite nice this year. For IT, the highest was around 86 LPA, I think, with the average hovering around 27-ish (not official states).

Infrastructure: For the first years, the classrooms are still fine, and even labs are good, but the hostels are disappointing. The mess food is not good (I miss home-cooked meals so damn much here). Internet connectivity in hostels is not good, and college Wi-Fi is pretty restricted, with not really good speed, but you can get a personal Wi-Fi set up, and the plan isn't even that expensive for sharing.

Faculty: Teachers are entirely dependent on your luck. Some are good, some are not, some are really great. The 1st sem of our batch was kind of all over the place, but it was manageable. Sem exams are a little hard, but if you study a bit, you will pass without many problems.

Other: DTU is not what it used to be. Our freshers were cancelled, there haven't been any great fests, and even future ones are getting restricted, so take care of that. Stay active a bit online on Reddit during the seat allotment time. If you are coming to DTU, you will find helpful information there (will have to search for it a bit, tho).
