Overall, it is a good place to learn and explore many things.

Placements: Placement is average because, for placement, we need to pay around Rs. 3000, and companies, especially for Physics, It is offer very less placement here. If you want to go for a job, this may not be the correct place here, they concentrate more on higher studies, like PhDs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good inside the campus and also in the hostel. But outside of the campus, there are so many private PGs and hostels, it is also a safe place for people those who are nearby around a 60 km radius but they can't travel daily those can opt for the private PGs.

Faculty: Exams depend on the staff that whom you're taking up. If you have backlogs, you need to re-register for the course, and it will cost Rs. 6000. They claim to have a fully flexible credit system (but it's not really), as they give you only one or two subjects to choose on your own, the rest are allocated by the respective schools. About exams and mark distribution, they have CAT 1 and CAT 2 as internal examinations. You have either two digital assignments, one quiz, or one digital assignment and two quizzes, depending on the faculty.

It's a really good place to explore and enjoy while we learn.

Placements: Actually, placements are good only for B.Tech students, and for M.Sc. courses, we don't really have good placements here. Even if we do get it's not related to our field. Also, only one girl from our batch got it that too with a very low package, nearly Rs. 28,000.

Infrastructure: We do have very good equipment and also do have good labs with auditoriums. Everything feels so good and sophisticated, and we also feel so rich to live in there actually. It does have good infrastructure, even in the hostel campus, with also good academic blocks.

Faculty: The curriculum is revised and updated, and also we do have project exposure from the very starting as well. Also, we do have a proper lab curriculum, and it is also taken care. We do really learn and develop knowledge, also exams are very high standard, that we can really feel.

Other: I personally feel that VIT is too crowded, but it's really a good institute to explore and get exposure while we grow.
