SET Admit Card 2025

The SET admit card will be issued to those candidates who have successfully registered for the SET exam and have paid the application fee. The SET exam admit card will be released on the official website. Check out the steps mentioned below to learn how to download the SET exam admit card 2025.

• Enter login credentials and download the admit card

The candidates must know that the SET admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. They will not be allowed to enter the SET exam centre without the admit card. They must carefully check the information mentioned on the admit cards such as the name of the candidate, exam date, venue, time and contact details. Candidates must also carry a valid photo ID proof issued by the Government of India to the exam centre. They must affix a recent passport-size photograph on the admit card which matches the one uploaded in the SET application form 2025.

SET 2025 Test Centres

The table below depicts the SET test centres across the country where the exam will be held. Candidates can choose up to three test centres according to their preference. The exam is conducted in as many as 80 cities.

SET Exam Pattern 2025

SET 2025 exam will be conducted in computer-based test mode. The SET question paper 2025 will have four sections which had questions based on Analytical and Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, General English and Quantitative Aptitude. SET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must fulfil the below-mentioned SET eligibility criteria to be able to appear for the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2025 exam:

• Applicant must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board in the relevant stream.
• Applicant must have obtained at least 50% aggregate in Class 12 (45% for reserved category).
• Applicants awaiting Class 12 results can also apply provisionally provided they submit a passing certificate.
• Applicants who have completed class 12 or equivalent from a Foreign board must present an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SET 2025 Application Process

The SET exam registration started on December 6, 2024. The SET application forms 2025 is available online on the official website of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). The application form will be the same for all the courses and the applicants will have to choose their preference while filling out the SET 2025 application form.

Documents Required for Filling Up SET Exam Application Form 2025

Applicants should keep the following documents ready before filling up the SET 2025 application form:

• Recent passport-size photograph
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• Date of birth certificate
• Photo ID proof
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Steps to Apply for SET Exam 2025

Step 1: SET exam registration

Candidates applying for the SET exam need to register themselves as new users to begin the SET registration. Visit the official website of SET and register using the applicant's name, date of birth, mobile number, etc. and create a user ID and password.

Step 2: SET Application Form Filling and Application Fee

Candidates then need to login using their User ID and password. Fill in the remaining details such as communication address, preferred test city, etc. Candidates then need to upload their recent passport-size photograph and other required documents. They will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Once they confirm the OTP and submit the same they need to pay the SET exam application fee. The SET application fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, internet banking or UPI. The application fee can also be paid offline through a demand draft. 

SET Application Fee 2025

Candidates who successfully register for the SET exam 2025 have to make a fee payment online using a credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. Candidates can pay the application fee through Billdesk Payment Gateway, Easebuzz Payment Gateway or Indian Bank Payment Gateway. Candidates can also pay the application fee offline through a demand draft from any nationalised bank drawn in favour of the ‘Symbiosis Test Secretariat' payable at Pune. To make payment through a DD candidates need to take a printout of the payment advice form, fill in the details and sign and send it along with the DD to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat at

The Secretariat will authenticate the details of the Demand Draft and will then send a confirmation email.

Step 3: Part 2 of SET Exam Application Form

After successfully submitting the SET application form 2025, aspirants need to choose their preferred institutes where they want to send in their SET exam scores. Aspirants need to pay the application fee online and then pay the institute fee, which is, INR 1000 per institute. 

Important Points to Remember When Applying for SET

Candidates must remember the following points when applying for SET 2025:

• Carefully and clearly fill out the application form.
• The information filed by the candidates must be valid and if it is found to be false, the admission can be cancelled.
• The photograph uploaded should not be older than three months.
• Enter a valid email ID and mobile number as the candidates will receive communication on the registered number and email.

SET Syllabus 2025 Overview

There isn’t a specific syllabus prescribed by Symbiosis International (Deemed University), however, the SET exam 2025 question paper will have questions from topics related to Analytical and Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, General English and Quantitative Aptitude. To ace the SET exam, students need to thoroughly study these topics and sub-topics.

SET Syllabus

The Analytical and Logical Reasoning section will have questions on topics such as Arrangements, Series, Blood Relations, Syllogisms, Assumptions, Venn Diagrams, Coding and Decoding, Situation-based questions, Verbal Reasoning (cause and effect), Arguments and Situations, Strong and Weak Arguments, Statements and Conclusions, etc.

General English sections will have topics related to Grammar, Jumbled Sentences, Synonyms and Antonyms, Phrases, Reading Comprehension, Analogy, Error Spelling, Vocabulary, Fill in the blanks, etc.

The Quantitative Skills section will have Class 10-level mathematics. It had questions on topics such as Percentage, Profit and Loss, Discount, Time and Work, Probability, Number System, Time, Speed and Distance, Algebra, Permutation and Combination, etc.

The last section of the SET 2025 question paper is General Awareness. The section will have questions related to Current Affairs, Companies and Founders, Awards, Sports, Science, Books and Authors, etc.

SET Results 2025

SET results 2025 will be announced on May 22, 2025. The result cum scorecard will be available on the official website of SET. The SET scorecard can be accessed using the login credentials.

SET 2025 results/scorecard will have details such as the applicant’s name, SET registration number, roll number of the applicant, section-wise scores and overall scores. The scorecard will be available on the website until one month after the announcement. The scorecard will be valid for the academic year 2025-27.

SET Cutoff 2025

SET admission process includes three steps, i.e. SET exam, Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview. Candidates who clear the SET exam and match the cutoff released by each Symbiosis Institute will be called for the GD-PI-WAT round. The cutoff is different for all the institutes and courses. Each individual institute will release its own SET cutoff.
