No, there is no negative marking scheme in the NBSE HSSLC exams. Nagaland board does not follow negative marking scheme in its class 12 board exams. However, practical exams are held only in few subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Socialogy etc. Practicals are held at school level and the marks obtained in the practical exams are included in the final results. Yes, a minimum attendance required to be eligible to appear for the NBSE HSSLC exams. As per the board, every students must complete at least 75% attendance in school classess to appear for the final NBSE 12th exams. Students failing to do so may be barred from the exams. However, in some cases, based on unfit medical condition, students will be allowed to appear for the final Nagaland Board 12th exams.

Students should carry their NBSE HSSLC admit card to the exam center. This is the first and most important document. Without it, no students will be allowed to write the paper. Also, the students are suggested to carry a photo ID proof including school ID or Aadhar card to the exam center.
