National Institute of Technology Sikkim admission 2025 is entrance-based. The institute offers various programmes at UG, PG, and doctoral levels. BTech programme at NIT Sikkim is offered in specialisations namely Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The eligibility criteria for the BTech specialisations includes twelve years of shcool education with 75% aggregate. National entrance exams is the source of admission for the BTech programme.
NIT Sikkim provides a wide range of academic programmes at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, These programs include Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Technology (MTech), Master of Science (MSc), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), with various specialisations available in each programme. All the programmes except PhD are entirely based on Entry-level exams. As for the PhD programme candidates have to appear for the Institution entrance exam and a personal interview.
