COMEDK counselling schedule released for UGET 2019 exam. Round 1 of COMEDK counselling to commence from July 7.
COMEDK counselling 2019 dates and detailed document verification process has been released by the Consortium of Medical, Dental and Engineering Colleges in Karnataka (COMEDK) on June 15. As per the released schedule round 1 of COMEDK counselling is to commence from July 7.
COMEDK counselling process will be held in two rounds and spread across twelve days. Each day will have six to seven sessions (morning, afternoon and evening). Candidates who have cleared COMEDK UGET 2019, result for which got declared on May 27, will be allowed to participate in COMEDK counselling for the document verification and seat allotment process.

COMEDK 2019 counselling schedule carries information on the multiple document verification sessions held on a single day, time, opening and closing ranks for the particular session and the total number of candidates to participate in that session.
Exam qualifiers will have to report at the counselling venue basis their COMEDK rank. After reporting at the counselling venue, candidates will have to get their documents verified, select the choice of college and course, pay the acceptance fee and collect the allotment letter.
COMEDK 2019 UGET exam was conducted on May 12 in online mode. The exam was held for admission to the BTech courses offered at COMEDK colleges in Karnataka. Candidates who clear COMEDK UGET exam have to participate in COEMDK counselling for document verification and seat allotment.
It may be noted that COMEDK UGET exam is only conducted for BTech admission but the COMEDK counselling is held for BTech, BArch and Medical admission basis the UGET, NATA/ JEE Main Paper 2 and NEET score respectively.

KCET is only for Karnataka domicile students — so students from other states cannot apply for KCET unless they have studied in Karnataka for a minimum number of years (usually Classes 6–10 or 11–12 in a Karnataka school).
COMEDK UGET, on the other hand, is open to all students across India, regardles
