Documents Required for JEE Advanced Registration 2025: Check Specifications of Photo, Signature, Certificates

The Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced 2025 application form has been released on April 23, 2025. Only those Indian candidates who secure JEE Main 2025 rank among the top 2.5 lakh candidates become eligible to fill the JEE Advanced application form. The application process is online and the form is available only on the official website. As the first step, every student needs to register through the official website by providing their JEE Main 2025 roll number, password, and security pin. As the second step, students have to enter various personal details like their name, parents’ name, communication details, address details etc. in the specific columns of JEE Advanced 2025 application form. The details entered in the application form must be accurate as the incorrect details may lead to the cancellation of candidature at later stages. Students will also need to enter their choices of exam centres while filling out the application form. Apart from the details, students will also need to upload scanned images of their passport-size photographs and signature. After submitting all the details, students must take multiple printouts of the final application form for future requirements

Additionally, you can also follow the below-mentioned steps to verify the status of your registration: Visit the official website of JEE Advanced jeeadv. AC. In. Click on the "Candidate Portal" link. Login to the candidate portal using your JEE Main roll number and password. Click on the "Registration Status" tab. If your registration is successful, you will see a message indicating that your registration is complete. You can also check your payment status under the "Payment Status" tab. If your payment is successful, you will see a message indicating that your payment is successful. If you face any issues during the registration process or if you are unable to verify the status of your registration, you can contact the JEE Advanced helpdesk for assistance.

The last date to apply for JEE Advanced 2025 is May 2. The candidates who will complete the JEE Advanced 2025 registration by the deadline can pay the application fee till May 5.

The JEE Advanced 2025 application fee is INR 3200 for Indian candidates belonging to OBC category. However, the female candidates from all categories have to pay INR 1600.

If you've paid the JEE Advanced application fee, but the form still shows as not completed. This could be due to a few reasons. Here are some possible solutions:

If you have completed all the steps of JEE Advanced registration and downloaded the registration receipt, it is possible that there may be a delay in receiving the confirmation email. Correction Process for JEE Advanced Application Form:

• Go to the official website.
• Log in using your application number and password.
• Click the 'login' button.
• Now, select the 'correct application form particular' option.
• Read the instructions and make any necessary changes to the application form.
• Candidates can make changes to details such as education, gender, category, and personal information.
• Click the 'submit' button.

Candidates have to compulsorily choose ten (10) cities/towns of their choice at the time of online registration of JEE Advanced. Efforts will be made to allot the city/town from among the candidate's choices, but a different city/town may be allotted under exceptional circumstances. Candidates must note that, once a centre is allotted, requests for change of city/town will NOT be entertained by the authorities.
