Karnataka Examination Authority have delayed the results for KCET 2018. As per the latest report, the results are now scheduled to be announced in the first week of June on the official website. However, no final date has been notified on the same. As per the information provided, CET results are announced the by the Higher Education Ministry every year. Since, there is no full-fledged cabinet in the state, the authorities are waiting for the minister to take the change.
A proposal on the same have also been sent to the government officials, requesting them to allow the secretary of Higher Education Department to announce the exam results this year. A notification on the same will be released on the official website of KEA once a confirmation on the declaration of CET results is received.

KCET 2018 exam was held over a widow of two days. While the paper for Biology and Mathematics was held on April18, Physics and Chemistry paper was held on April 19.
Soon after the exam was conducted, the authorities requested candidates to submit their class XII board exam results. The process was to evaluate and then finally process the KCET 2018 exam results. The window to enter the board exam marks was open for candidates from May 16. Candidates who are yet to submit their class XII marks can do the same before the window closes.
To be able to check the exam results online, candidates will have to submit their registered credentials on the official website. KCET 2018 results comprise the scores and rank of the qualified candidates, as per their performance in the entrance test.
In case the candidate has any objection after they have checked their KCET 2018 results, they have the option to submit their objections within three days from the release of KCET 2018 results. The ranks for these candidates are published again after revaluation.
The authorities will also release the exam cut off soon after the results are made available on the official website. KCET merit list is prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance and score in the KCET 2018 written examination. The KCET 2018 merit list will be the basis of the candidate’s eligibility to attend the counselling process.
